Can the Seahawks make Seattle shake again? The University of Washington’s Pacific Northwest Seismic Network will be watching for similar movement during Saturday’s NFC Divisional Playoff game at CenturyLink Field — which, by the way, is against New Orleans again.
Seismologists installed two earthquake-reading devices in the stadium on Thursday as part of what they’re calling both an experiment and community service.
“I should be clear that this is only a training exercise, to be sure we can deploy instruments to critical locations in an emergency that might be chaotic and cacophonous,” wrote UW professor John Vidale on the PNSN’s Facebook page.

Isn’t this the same scenario that they were trying to implement from “The Dark Knight Rises”? Any Sandy Hook towns in that area or any towns with the same names as those labeled on Batman’s map in the movie?

Gee…Where have I heard that one before?
Isn’t it odd that so called “scientists” can hang out at a football game conducting seismology tests for no effing reason but they can’t be bothered to do any radiological testing on the west coast…cause that might raise some eyebrows.
Maybe earthquakes are more interesting than radiation? lol
