No, you don’t get a chance to tackle when a murderer reloads, unless of course you want to be shot. It will take less than a second for a criminal to reload because they don’t follow laws.
Yes, it does make it exponentially more difficult for law-abiding citizens to defend themselves from attacks because their right to defense has been severely reduced by government restrictions on their Second Amendment civil right.
Gun grabbers also don’t realize that a 7th grader with remedial knowledge of shop equipment can manufacture a high capacity magazine with relative ease on their own.
