  1. This story title should be: “To Project and Swerve”.

Police report: ‘I swerved 3-times and finally hit her. She refused my order to roll over and face the pavement, and place her hands behind her back… so I had to taser her. The girl’s compound rib fracture appeared to be a concealed weapon’.

  2. Sorry, I dont appreciate cops at all, but she walked right in front of the police car without looking…This was not the cops fault, she was stupid…She did not even look before crossing until it was too late…The cop is not at fault.

    1. Must agree on all points.

Darwin at work was my first thought.
OK it was my second thought, here was my first -” Dumb Bitch, serves her right” 🙂

  3. The real leason here is that just though an simple and perfectly HUMAN error in judgement that can happen to the best of us can end a life or damage it perminently.

City folks live too fast. Have to be somewhere in always such a terrible hurry, and may the devil take the hind most.

May not be a bad idea to say a little 2 minute prayer for this girl if she is still alive.

COP? Say a prayer on him too that someday justice be served on him 7 fold.

  4. I have to give the cop that one. She did not cross at a cross walk. And she got hit for it. Her fault 100% there. Even were I live J walking is a 500 centago fine 12&1/2 cents U.S. and you are free meat to run over. Cross at the cross walk and a car hits you as there are no lights and it is 100% there fault here. One way to put a end to J Walking is fair laws for all.
