It would seem that the governors of the individual states have the power to control the unemployment monies that the neo-cons are trying to use to coerce a further transfer of wealth from the poor and middle class to the rich.

Those benefits are only flowing again for the people who had them interrupted back at the end of April. Nothing for 99ers. Damn it !
