Virginia Police Officer Killed One Day After Swearing In

Breitbart – by Bob Price

A Virginia police officer was shot and killed Saturday afternoon during her first day on the job. She and two other officers were shot while responding to a domestic-related call.

The Prince William County Police Department announced on Saturday that Officer Ashley Guidon died just hours after beginning her first shift as a police officer after being sworn in on Friday. She and two other officers were shot while responding to a domestic-related shooting that occurred in in Woodbridge, VA. The other two officers are being treated for their injuries at a local hospital, according to a statement from the department posted on Facebook.

Officer Ashley Guindon kiaOfficer Guidon had been sworn in as a new officer earlier on Saturday. She was working her first day on the job with a training officer, according to the Officer Down Memorial Page website.

The department tweeted out a welcome message to Guidon and a fellow officer, Steven Kendall after their swearing in ceremony. It is not known if Kendal or the other officer pictured were involved in the shooting which occurred later that day.

The male subject at the home had allegedly murdered his wife. He reportedly ambushed the officers with a rifle as they approached his home. One of the other wounded officers was her training officer.

The suspect has been arrested and was uninjured in the process. He has not yet been identified, according to a Fox News report. Commonwealth Attorney Paul Ebery says he has authorized a capital murder charge against the suspect. Other charges have also been filed.

The wounded officers were all flown by air ambulance to Fairfax Hospital where Guidon eventually died from her injuries.  The two other injured officers are expected to survive their injuries, Fox5 DC reported.

Hours later, hundreds of officers lined the roadway and escorted Guidon’s body from the hospital to the medical examiner’s office.

Guidon graduated from the department’s basic recruit school in June, Fox5 DC reported. She had previously earned a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. The officer also served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Other members of her family also serve in law enforcement.

The Officer Down Memorial Page reports that fourteen police officers, including Officer Guidon, have been killed in the line of duty. Eleven of those have been killed by gunfire, one in an automobile accident, one in an aircraft accident and one by vehicular assault. A complete list of all of those officers killed in the line of duty can be found here.

In the month of February alone, ten officers were killed — nine by gunfire.

  1. Good! Son’s of bitches thought their reign would last forever? Not hardly! Get your torches and long rifles out! It’s retribution time!

Chase ’em over the hills and through the forest, but, be sure to find a sturdy limb!

  2. A degree in aeronautics and a marine reserve and this is the best job she could get.
I think she made a bad choice.
People are so pissed off now with the system.
The last thing I would want to be now is a cop.
I guess her family talked her into joining the order follower team.
They should take some responsibility for her death too!

    1. “A degree in aeronautics and a marine reserve and this is the best job she could get.”

Good point, flee. She’s one of the psychopaths who just HAS to be a cop, even though she could have gotten a higher-paying job doing something sane. She got what she deserved, or would have deserved soon enough.

  3. Nothing like nipping them in the bud.

The shooter prevented a LOT of crime by taking this sociopath out of the picture early in her career, and he should be the one being honored here.

She wasn’t bad looking for a dyke, but by joining a police force, she put herself on the wrong side of the law.

  4. OUTSTANDING!!! 🙂

The sorry b#tch didn’t even get the chance to kill someone! Too damn bad the other two pigs didn’t get their dirt overcoats at the same time.

More info came out after this article came up…

“An off-duty U.S. Army sergeant stationed at the Pentagon has been charged with fatally shooting a Virginia police officer on her first day on the job as she responded to a domestic disturbance at a home outside Washington, authorities said on Sunday.”
“Army Sergeant Ronald Hamilton, 32, who is stationed at the Pentagon just outside Washington, has been charged in the shooting and was being held without bond, Prince William County Commonwealth Attorney Paul Ebert said.”

WAY TO GO, RON!!! (hard to believe he survived… ?)

        1. Alrighty then. This future murderous piece of Shit was gunned down prematurely, well before she reached her “quota.” Is that better?

  5. THATS WHAT YE GIT FER SWEARIN, WHEN YOU KNOW ITS WRONG………
Mat 5:34 But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne:
Mat 5:35 Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.
Mat 5:36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.
Mat 5:37 But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.
i know im insane cause i read the good book all the time, but theres more to it than meets the eye… or tongue…mark. babylon AD 55

    1. I got no problem with it. It’s good to share philosophies and beliefs, don’t you think? It leads to a better understanding, which should be a goal of all cultures. But we have these actors, pretenders and portrayers, leading the sheep to slaughter, are you one of them?

  6. What a shame! She never even got the chance to violate anyone’s rights, let alone kill someone.

Anyway, this shows just how vulnerable the pigs are unless they have someone badly outnumbered. Even then, they often take casualties against someone who knows how to fight and is willing to fight to the death.

If even one percent of the US population ever gets fed up with the pigs and unites against them, we’ll see some serious fireworks.

      1. Whatever the case, that sergeant did more to defend freedom by wasting that pig than he did during his entire career in the Army.

  7. AWWWWW… poor widdle piggy got smoked. Speak ill of the dead? Bite me, b#tch! You don’t like what I have to say, keep it to yourself, d#ckwad!!!

        1. It’s automatic for them. “Open mouth for mindless dribble!”

Then people accuse me of not being a “conversationalist”. No, it’s not that. I despise the “small town” gossip, the turn coats, the “pretty boys”, the druggies, the “American Graffiti” bullshit with high school kids racing BMW’s against whatever high buck car daddy bought ’em.

No, I do most of my talking in this forum, I just can’t stand most people for more than a minute. Finding someone with an IQ higher than their body temperature is a chore in these parts.

          1. “Finding someone with an IQ higher than their body temperature is a chore in these parts.”

            BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! RLMAO!!!!!

            That’s freakin’ hilarious, Millard! 😀

          2. “….found that to be true in all parts now of days.”

“now of days” — that’s interesting, Angel, and I’ve never heard that before, but it’s the sensible, probable, and grammatically correct origin of the more popular “nowadays”

            learn something new everyday.

          3. OOPS! You’re right, JR. LOL I slipped. That’s the way we use to say it, back when I was a kid in TX. I know better. I remember my Dad correcting me… 😆

          4. I’m not correcting you, and I think your Dad may have been doing so in error.

I actually think your usage may be the grammatically correct version and “nowadays” a slang version of it that’s been accepted over time.

(that’s my guess, anyway, but I’m just as sure that I’m the only one who finds this interesting)

  8. It’s a two fer

He worked for the establishment and she just started

Like I said before , they own this
    We didn’t start this war

    RIP Finicum
