  2. I’ve personally jumped in to help strangers on the street twice in the past. The one time I didn’t was when a cop was getting his ass kicked the f*ck in – he tried to pull a guy off his bike while he was riding because he “disobeyed” an order to stop. I just smiled & walked away that time…
