4.8 Million More 99ers Needing HR 589 Unemployment Extension

There are 418,000 newly unemployed this week, making twelve weeks with over 400,000, making 4.8 million new unemployed in the last three months.  And what of HR 589 unemployment extension?  Well Barbara Lee says she thinks Obama is thinking about it. Wonder what makes her think that?  What do you think?

Considering the overall average, one would have to believe that in addition to the 4.8 million new unemployed there are 4.8 million new 99ers, who of course are no longer counted in the unemployment percentage, leaving a scenario wherein the unemployment percentage number only rises when it gets twice as bad, twice as fast.  And it did rise in June.

As the new 99ers are added to the list of the long term unemployed, and removed from the unemployment percentage number, the likelihood of HR 589 passing becomes more remote.  If HR 589 were to pass, not only would it cost twice as much as it would have, had it been made law at its inception, but there would be twice as many people that would have to be added to unemployment percentage.

The talking heads in the mainstream propaganda machine are now mumbling 20% unemployment out of the sides of their mouths.  Which means it is probably safe to double that number.  The jobs can’t just continue to go and the lie of the unemployment number be sustained with even the slightest hope of believability.

I saw a report yesterday that said literally every special interest had a lobbyist courting the Ways and Means Committee.  But all we 99ers have is a couple of Congress persons who are more interested in courting the Hispanic vote than even so much as acknowledging us.  Why?  Because they know that they cannot get HR 589 passed, and thus they know that the 99ers and all those who support HR 589 are going to be voting against them in 2012.

Evidently they think their only chance lies in advocating for the illegal aliens, who have taken 30 million of our desperately needed jobs, in the hopes that the Hispanic population can nullify our vote.  This is a lost cause.  Not only do we outnumber them by 15 million but there are many Americans of Hispanic descent among our numbers.  And these people see the writing on the wall.

Those actors pretending to be our government are about to see the self preservation theology they have been operating under, turned around 180 degrees and against them.  It has come to the point that the 99ers understand that their best chance for survival is sticking together and looking out for one another.  And that goes for all the American citizens of the American race.

The reinstitution of our Republic under our Constitution is not only our best chance for survival, but is our only chance.  We must ignore all the propaganda, especially that which tries to create a reality wherein we do not exist.

In spite of the lies being published in the mainstream, I think a majority of the American people of the American race know that Ron Paul is blowing away his opposition.  The propagandists will make their final play in an effort to deceive in reporting the truth about the will of the people to the point that they think they can sell a majority on the lie that a Rick Perry, Michel Bachmann ticket is what we want.

We must forget about what they are trying to sell us.  We can only listen to one another until we have reestablished truth and integrity to our press.  And in every instance we must say it over and over again.  Ron Paul 2012, Ron Paul 2012, Ron Paul 2012.

God bless the Republic, death to the international corporate mafia, we shall prevail.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Barbara Lee (D-CA) released the following statement regarding the ongoing deficit negotiations and the Republicans’ record on job creation:

“Tomorrow marks 200 days of a Republican controlled House without a single jobs bill coming up for a vote.

“Republicans’ willingness to bring our economy to the brink of disaster is a frightening sign of just how dangerous their ‘you are on your own’ agenda has become.

“The current, so-called ‘debt crisis’ has been completely manufactured by House Republicans attempting to advance an extremist agenda. This should be a simple vote to allow the US Treasury to fund all of the programs and obligations of the entire federal government that are already in the law.

“Instead, Republicans are holding the future of our entire nation hostage in order to protect tax cuts for the super rich and tax loopholes for special interests. They are already hurting American families by causing real uncertainty about our nation’s ability to pay our bills.

“Enough is enough. We should immediately pass a clean bill to raise the debt ceiling so that we can get to work on the real crisis in this country: the jobs crisis.

“And as the first order of business, I call on the Speaker, once again, to bring my legislation H.R. 589, which would extend vital unemployment insurance for the long-term unemployed, to the floor for an up or down vote.

“We must work together to move our country forward and allow our economy to grow again.”
