99ers HR 589 Supporters in a World gone Crazy

It seems every day more and more of the world is falling into chaos, from the earthquake and tsunami in Japan to the uprisings in the Middle East and anti-government protests in Europe.  And don’t forget there is a terrorist behind every bush wanting to blow us up.  But you know what?  Being a 99er, I have to say I do not think these catastrophes are hitting my psyche one one-hundredth of what they would have in my prior life before unemployment, though I am genuinely worried about the three nuclear power plants in Japan that may be melting down.

I live in Oregon.  During the Second World War a little town about 50 miles to the east of where I live, was the only place in the continental United States to suffer casualties from a Japanese bomb.  The bomb was sent via a balloon which drifted with the weather currents and landed in Bly, Oregon where some children from a church group found it.  It was a very tragic event.

To the point, our local news is reporting that the state is monitoring for radiation coming from Japan.  If things go bad with those reactors we will be the first to get hit.

It has come to the point that things are so confusing that it is hard to ascertain what the international corporate mafia’s next move might be.  With the tragedy in Japan it would seem that the American worker might be looking at better times.  But that is not the case.  Apparently Japan is going to be consuming a lot more oil, no doubt for gas for all their automobiles now floating in the ocean.  At any rate, of course the price of oil is going to go up.

During the last Great Depression one of the few bright spots had to be that, as poor as people were, they could still afford gas as it was literally dirt cheap.  In fact, had it not been for the invention of the internal combustion engine, we would be burning gas off to get rid of a by-product resulting from the refinement of the higher oils, which in truth are the money makers in the industry.

99ers are definitely being put at a greater disadvantage as we are becoming more and more immobilized every day.  If gas were even down to say, $1.50 per gallon, getting around trying to find work would be a lot easier and would no doubt result in a lot more success.  Not to mention, if protests became the order of the day, we might actually be able to concentrate ourselves to a central location.

The fact is the only reason oil is so high can be attributed to nothing more than pure greed.  It is as simple as we are being robbed blind at the gas pump at the same time the oil companies are making record profits.  Not to mention the state and federal taxes being added on.

This leaves one to wonder how a handful of elitists can claim to own the bounty of the earth’s natural resources.  Think about the United States.  After the Revolutionary War, and most certainly after the Civil War, all of the land that is the United States belonged to literally a handful of Americans which were our forefathers.  Somehow, between then and now an elite group of international thieves gained control of everything that should belong to us by hereditary right.  Through what process does one man say, “I own all of the oil under a quarter of the State of Texas”?

Today we are literally buying drinking water.  Only 2% of the world’s water is drinkable and those same people who have the oil are now seeking to gain control of the world’s drinking water.  What next, the air?  And how much easier is it going to be to enslave people for drinking water than it was for oil?

When you look at the entirety of the elitists’ world plan it is diabolical.  I think they think they are going to be able to complete their plan, for the sole reason that it is so outrageous that the people will fail to believe that they would do something this terrible, just long enough to get it past the point of no return.

If you started a crusade against every evil aspect of the plan you would look like Don Quixote at a wind farm.  Somehow the American people have got to circle the wagons and maintain an area where sanity prevails so that we might be able to see with clarity the insanity around us.  We literally need to congregate in the center of this country and drive the insanity outward until it no longer touches our shores or borders.  And then we need to build a fifty foot wall encompassing ourselves within, and put up gun torrents every fifty yards, manned by guards with orders to shoot anyone who approaches.  Then we need to beef up our nuclear arsenal, point warheads at every country, then from a loudspeaker in space scream, “Stop now or we’ll shoot!”

I know this sounds extreme to the point of insanity but in all reality, that is exactly what it is.  The people of this earth are literally destroying themselves following the directions of a group of people who are, by any measure, completely out of their minds.

I have put forth this whole scenario to show that actions like the Easter Project have become necessary as our fellow Americans need to be snapped back into reality.  The people of the United States have become so engrossed in living day to day; new technology to new technology or in trying to outdo the Jones’s that they cannot see past their own feet.

I have to believe that if everyone making under $1 million per year knew what was afoot, they would be in a panic to stop and secure in order to insure the maintenance of their own lives.

We must accomplish the Easter Project and for God’s sake, somebody out there think up something even more outrageous and get it moving.  Until I find out what is going to happen with those failing nuclear plants in Japan, I am now living from hour to hour.

Thank God I am a survivalist with a Geiger counter and big bag of potassium iodide, so at least I have a chance to try to save myself and my family, as I know that if a pure cloud of radiation was heading our way, our government would order a news blackout for our “own safety” and the world elite would be moved in to their huge underground facilities where they will simply enjoy the finest luxuries as we die slow, agonizing deaths.  What a sick world.  But like I’ve said before, this is the fight and either we keep swinging, or we lose.

God bless the Republic, death to the international corporate mafia, we shall prevail.

  1. I just wanted to make a comment in general that people sit there and have nothing left to no fault of there own and the horrible people out there that put them down and say find a job instead of sitting around and doing nothing they have no idea what 99ers are doing or going through they just break them down until they can’t take it anymore!!
What happened in Japan is horrible and every Country should do what they can to help these people because to go through what they did is crazy and sad and scary I could not even imagine what those people went through. Not sounding horrible myself 10,000 or 20,000 people losing there lifes if just mind blowing and I wish I could help them but 99ers are up in the millions and are losing there lives in different ways and our Government won’t do anything for them because it is just not that important like the people who agree with hey shut up and get a job they have no clue.
So hopefully things go better for every Country because millions of lives lost no matter how is still millions lives lost!!

    1. I know that’s right!!! Maybe then I would have stood a chance at my trade again (upholster). But I don’t really believe it. Been unemployed since 02/06/2008. Upholstered 28 years. Problem is I’m a 51 yr. old female in a males workplace. Either too old or a “girl” or unemployed too long or whatever excuse they think of. I even tried a minimum wage job for 1 year and they laid me off! I’m sick of being called lazy and not looking for work. Done lost everything but my car only cause it was already paid for. 51 staying with my parents is still so unbelievable to me. Praise GOD they gave me a place to lay head at night. But our so called government don’t give a crap about us. Maybe voting time can be payback time!!! I pray for Japan and really don’t wish that on no nation, BUT TAKE CARE OF THE U.S.A. FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Americans have already been exposed to the radiation. We have an incompetent president who ordered the most powerful battle group on earth right into the middle of a Japanese radiation cloud. What was that I was saying about, “Is Obama keeping his eye on the ball?”

Now we have exposed our military to this garbage, brilliant!! They’re playing it down like it’s no big deal, God help us.

    1. Mark,

That..uh…individual…doesn’t even know what or where “the ball” is. We are living in a world gone mad….so what’s new?

  3. The president does not even care about us or the middle class. Today I saw that he was talking about education. He should be talking about jobs and job creation, not running around and looking for contributions so he could get re-elected. (Not by this person). When he talks about the 99ers and the problems we face every day then I will have respect for him. Until then I cannot even feel that he is acting as a president.

    1. I saw that bit about education and he also added that he was glad students were being introduced to the music of Duke Ellington, I could not believe my ears. This guy is totally out to lunch

  4. 300,000 Portuguese Demonstrate Against High Unemployment
    Mar 13, 2011, 11:29 GMT

Lisbon – Nearly 300,000 Portuguese protested in 11 Portuguese cities Saturday against high unemployment and poor living conditions.

The initiative was organized by young unemployed activists over the internet.
Organizers said that 200,000 people had responded to their call in the capital Lisbon, while another 80,000 turned out in Porto, in northern Portugal.

Police did not confirm the numbers, but offered no numbers of their own.
Demonstrations were aimed at an ‘unjust distribution of wealth’ in Portugal and the poor prospects for young people. Portugal is the poorest country in Western Europe.
On Friday, the socialist government of Prime Minister Jose Socrates announced further austerity measures in an attempt to restore trust in its financial solidity just before a key eurozone summit.

The measures included health, education and other social cuts and postponing infrastructure projects. Pensions will be frozen in 2012 and an extra tax will be applied to pensions of more than 1,500 euros (2,070 dollars) a month.

  5. i just became a 99er today. ive been looking for a job for 2 yrs. had a job interview at home depot last wk first interview in 2 yrs it went no where one opening 27 interviews what the odds im 57 yrs old .i felt good about my self for one day till they told me they interview 27 others. what a joke .lets give more money to more countries dont help us .its not our fault . good luck everyone we are gonna need it. tell the elected officals to due with out see how they like it , they can be replaced.

  6. Corrupted traitor politicians have become the new “Domestic Terrorists “ and illegal immigrants are desperate & use less as good neighbors in the U.S. They break laws entering our country then are to scared to report criminal activity of which is a deep concern to U.S communities and citizens. Most illegal immigrants are lazy drunks, illegal drug users, not smart and business owners are to blame too for hiring / harboring them which makes them worse than the illegal immigrant. Also we should push congress to have all business owners / hiring managers in the U.S jailed & fined if they knowingly hire an illegal alien. Our U.S government corporations and business owners have figured out how to enslave, rob us, and kill us without even using a gun. These Guys R Evil Geniuses! Watch Out U.S Citizens & The International Poor! Every time a U.S business hires and illegal alien before a legal citizen is an assault or act of indirect violence to cause death to legal U.S citizens by financial impairing us. Please help us stop this pelage that is destroying our growing nation and support the real American Dream at http://usmoa.org/

  8. It’s time to say what is really going on and why people AREN’T getting jobs… AGE discrimination, RACE/ETHNIC discrimination. It’s that simple. There are companies hiring, but not for those who are NOT of Latino/Central American descent. Nor are there any jobs for persons who are above the age of 30. Businesses want young, inexperienced, uneducated, bilingual people that can be easily exploited. Why isn’t welfare on the chopping block? At least we worked hard for many years, paying into Unemployment Insurance Benefits. It makes me sick that the U.S. Gov’t pours money into “humanitarian aid” for everyone but their own. And now… Japan! This disgusts me. We need sympathy for our own people going through their own hell! Shame on all of you in congress who are not in support of helping your own American citizens.. You will reap what you sow…. and I didn’t come up with that.

  9. I AM ”HEARTBROKEN ” ABOUT JAPAN, BUT I NEED A FRIGGEN JOB,MAYBE ONE OF THE ONES THAT WENT TO JAPAN IN THE 90S WILL COME BACK TO ME..HMMM ONE CAN ONLY HOPE…

  10. Maybe, just maybe im missing something here BUT umm Mr. President we have problems right here in the USA and we are, we did send aid, $, military, help, to Japan? With much compassion yes the right thing to do, humitarian reasons…….sorry, I don t get it, thought the government was broke. Im a 99er, lost my job of 12 yrs in Feb 09, have gone back to school to reinvent myself, trying to sustain myself, have no kids under 21, so I get no kind of assistance such as food stamps, etc and never ever taken unemployment in my life but no TIER V for me in so calif………Japan has been devastated yes, but its not Haiti, not a third world country, but lets send monies there and not take care of our own here. By the way, you will not find low poeverty in Japan, they take care of their own. Help Japan, but let 99ers rot I guess, sorry I don t get it.

  11. Consider this….The picture of Japan’s buildings toppled with cars strewn about on page one of most every newspaper, is exactly what each person’s life looked like the day after each of our American people lost his or her job. Their lives, too, were no longer the same. The only thing different was that you couldn’t see the ravages of their lives ripped out from under them from the inside, like you could see in the pictures. There was one different thing, too, sadly. People from all over the world reached out to help them, without hesitation. Money and help came from people who lived in other countries. Even people in out own country reached out, because these people were in survival mode. What people fail to realize is that each life, and each family who is affected by the loss of a job and the devastation that follows is symbolically portrayed in those pictures. The only thing missing are the helping hands who appear to have such grace and mercy when it comes to rallying around others, is woefully and tragically deficient when it comes to helping our own. Ask anyone who is unemployed through no fault of their own and ask them how they feel inside, and see if what they’re feeling isn’t similar to those horrifying pictures. Something worth pondering, I think. A picture is worth a thousand words.
