Americans who saw their jobs taken by foreign guest workers on the H-1B visa and outsourcing schemes will rally outside the White House before President Trump’s meeting with India’s Prime Minister.
Attorney Sara Blackwell, who represents Americans laid off due to the H-1B visa and outsourcing, has organized the “You’re Fired” rally, named after the recent 60 Minutes special that exposed how American companies hire cheaper foreign workers.
“You got our vote, now we want a voice,” the flyer for the rally reads, as it addresses Trump.
Every year, more than 100,000 foreign workers are brought to the U.S. on the H-1B visa and allowed to stay for up to six years. That number has ballooned to potentially hundreds of thousands each year, as universities and non-profits are exempt from the cap. With more entering the U.S. through the visa, Americans are often replaced and forced to train their foreign replacements.
Outsourcing and offshoring of American has similarly been a detriment to U.S. workers. Blackwell previously told Breitbart Texas that “The offshoring is worse than the visa program.”
“I sat in on a Goldman Sachs conversation where they said they would offshore if H-1B was reformed,” Blackwell said at the time. “The business model is to use H-1B and then offshore those jobs in the long-run.”
The pro-American worker rally will come days after Trump met with tech CEOs, often accused of mass lay-offs.
At the recent meeting, the White House signaled that Trump would be willing to work with the tech industry on such immigration issues, despite blasting their demands for unregulated immigration and more H-1B visas on the campaign trail. The policies pushed by the tech industry are often criticized by immigration hawks for depressing the wages of American workers.
As Breitbart Texas reported, the tech industry has increased their lobbying for more H-1B foreign workers since Trump took office, claiming that they have a shortage of Americans with the skills they need.
The rally is also purposefully being held days before Trump is set to meet with India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Because Indian nationals are the biggest beneficiaries of the H-1B visa, lawmakers in the foreign country have been lobbying Modi to demand Trump drop his ongoing inter-agency legal review of the H-1B system and its impact on Americans.
India has profited so much from the U.S.’s immigration policies, including the H-1B visa, that a new study revealed that the foreign nation has enjoyed an economic tech boom as American jobs are taken by Indian nationals and outsourcing fully to India, as Breitbart Texas reported.
The “You’re Fired” rally will take place in front of the White House on June 26 at 11 a.m.

Don’t buy, don’t use anything from those corporations, universities (they still need our kids), etc.
WE the PEOPLE must make a conscious decision to only use American. Wal Mart, once old Sam died the kids made the decision to be used by those in our government to destroy a lot of the “competitive” retailers. Guess what corporation gets the MOST corporate welfare in this country – Walmart. They not only receive tax breaks, they get chunks of money – and I am not sure what that is for; they get the land, and at times, the building FREE or mostly free and with REDUCED taxes. They are allowed to pay rent from one store in an area to another, which then deducts off taxes, etc all with the full knowing of, with the assistance of those who serve within our governments working to destroy the USA from within so that we become the NWO.
I spent about a year (~ 6 years ago) tracking just WalMart corporate welfare. This was done in every way to destroy our nation, to destroy production within our nation, etc.
It is done much in the way that “foreign aid” is done. First there is foreign aid, add to it military aid, then add in all the other “aids” to each foreign nation. WE spend about 6 Trillion per year on foreign nations that we do not have.
Then lets discuss Social Security that they say is broke, will be broke because of the American people etc. Fact is it is broke because those who serve within our government used it UNLAWFULLY for other things. They now also use it for immigrants, disabled, etc. Not saying that those should not be assisted, but take it from foreign aid, NOT from the Social Security. Remember that Social Security was a contract, a deal, made between the American people and those who served within our government – and then those who served within our government changed the contract – by which action they were required to get our permission and agreement and signatures saying so or return every single dollar paid in PLUS the agreed upon addition – if any – the government was to add to it. Go do the research. Then research contract law. Those are only the beginnings of the corruption, it goes much deeper.

Social Security is a tax, period, lumped in with medicare and federal income taxes of which the feds. have NO geographical nor legal (subject- matter) jurisdiction or authority EXCEPT over itself and its own creations, to tax any natural person in the exercise of their rights, in this case, to work and be compensated.

The SS “contract” was never intended for those of us exercising our natural right to work at an unprivileged industry of our choosing, and being compensated for personal services, BUT for those receiving gains, profits, and income DERIVED FROM salaries, wages, or compensation for personal services of which ARE INCLUDED in GROSS INCOME.
SS is nothing but a tax which can be claimed back ever yr. if one
chooses.
And they make it hard to get what your owed. They keep raising the age at which you can claim full amount.
They want the chemtrail poison to kick in first.
Mark, if I were working and having my taxes taken out I’d be filing properly every yr. and getting back fed. income tax, SS and Medicare and I would also start getting the SS benefits even if not in full amount, and would continue to work at my non privileged job and getting paid on top of the SS bennies, double monies if you will. They cannot cut the SS bennies you receive BECAUSE you are not earning an INCOME. They say if you work while collecting SS the amount will be decreased, you know this I’m sure. Well, it aint the case, even though you might think it is and it is happening.
Anyway, I’d collect SS monthly and keep
working too. Even better, go for a lump sum of what you’ve paid in, and be done with the whole thing.
