JoAnna Miller shot by husband (WCAU)Raw Story – by David Edwards

Police believe that a Pennsylvania state trooper did not mean to shoot his pregnant wife to death when a gun that he was cleaning accidentally discharged.

According to WCAU, police responding to the East Norriton Township home at around 2:25 p.m. on Friday found 34-year-old JoAnna Miller with a gunshot wound to the head.

She was later pronounced dead after being transported to Mercy Suburban Hospital. Doctors attempted to perform an emergency cesarean, but the unborn child also died, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. Miller was 22 weeks pregnant.   Continue reading “Pennsylvania trooper fatally shoots pregnant wife in the head while cleaning his gun”

Study of 1.8 Million: Breast Screening Increases 'Lethal' Breast Cancer IncidenceGreen Med Info – by Sayer Ji

A powerful new study on the failure of mammograms to protect women against breast cancer, curiously absent from mainstream news health reporting, was published this month in The European Journal of Public Health, and is forcing the scientific and medical community, policy makers and the public at large to ask the question: can the now worldwide practice of mass breast screenings in healthy (asymptomatic) populations be justified when they increase the incidence of localized stage ‘cancers’ without reducing the incidence of advanced cancers?   Continue reading “Study of 1.8 Million: Breast Screening Increases ‘Lethal’ Breast Cancer Incidence”

With so many news stories circulating about brutality and injustice at the hands of the militarized police state, it’s often difficult to discern between the good cops and the bad cops.

In Connecticut, where lawmakers recently passed legislation that requires the confiscation of firearms from citizens of the State, the legislature assumed that police officers would simply follow the letter of the law, even if that law is an affront to the founding principles of the United States and has not yet been reviewed by the Supreme Court.   Continue reading “Breaking: Conn. Police Officers Refuse to Confiscate: Will Not “Be Party to the Oppression of the People””

Did somebody say de-escalation?

Earlier today, photos were distributed showing the latest military convoy reinforcements heading into the Crimea, accompanies by a Police car demonstrating Moscow license plate numbers, most likely providing further support to the pro-Russian forces in the peninsula.   Continue reading “Ukraine’s Military Mobilizes, Prepares For Combat: Trucks, APCs, SAMs, Howitzers, Tanks Rolling Out”

Mark Baker of Baker’s Green Acres has always refused the offer to back down when it came to the state of Michigan and the DNR ordering fines of $700,000 and the destruction of his heritage pigs – because they looked different. For nearly three years, the Bakers have been hanging on by a thread while pushed by aggressive tactics from three agencies – Michigan, the DNR and the USDA – which had embargoed and closed in on them, even threatening them with a raid and bullying their friends and buyers. While Michigan finally retreated, it doesn’t change the situation for anyone else or arbitrary attacks in the future.    Continue reading “Baker’s Green Acres and Heritage Hogs – PLAN BAc t”

1.  Hopefully you have read the “Spectral Doughnut” piece and understand that far-left and far-right are, in praxis, the same, and that the savvy players on each side FULLY understand this.  To wit, Putin.  I have to tell you, it is absolutely chilling – as in making the hair on the back of my neck stand up – to see in my email box how many of you people are falling hook, line and sinker for Putin.  The man is a murderous psychopath.  LOOK at him.  Look at the dead eyes – what you can still see of them after he has literally mutilated his face with plastic surgery.  Oh, and nevermind all of the people who have been “disappeared” under the Putin regime.  Nevermind that Putin is stone-cold KGB to the core.  No, nevermind all of that.  Hey, the guy has made some gestures against the sodomites, and went into a church (a Russian orthodox church, which has been, since its inception, trying to find new and ever-more creative ways of capitulating and kowtowing to whatever rotten government is currently in power) and crossed himself.  Well, hells bells! It’s the second coming of Constantine, here to save the world!   Continue reading “Numerous Points on Putin, Ukraine and Watching the Unthinkable Unfold”

For the benefit of quasi-academic exercise, let’s assume that the absolute worst happens in Connecticut (CT): a federal invasion.  (Although the likelihood is low right now, it could be a plausible scenario in another state for the government of tomorrow.)  If I was tasked to analyze and wargame that scenario, my initial key assumptions would be:   Continue reading “Invasion Models”

Gun rights group Connecticut Carry has issued an ultimatum to politicians in the Constitution State today, telling the government that they should either follow through on their threats to try to confiscate more than 325,000 undocumented firearms and 2 million standard capacity magazines, or admit that they passed a law without the consent of the people, and will repeal it in its entirety:   Continue reading “Connecticut Gun Group Issues Ultimatum to Government: Molon Labe, Or Repeal”

Friday, June 27th, 2014, 0-dark-thirty:  The politicians have made their decision. By a twist of fate–your file simply happened to be on the top of the stack for no particular reason–you’ll be the first example. A state police SWAT team pull to the curb in front of your home, leap from their van and rush to your front door. Two black-clad men pull back a ram and swing it toward your front door, aiming just above the knob, while the rest of the team waits anxiously, their automatic weapons charged and off safe. Two hope they’ll get the opportunity to shoot. At least one wants to manufacture the opportunity.   Continue reading “WHEN THEY COME: A Warning to Connecticut Police”

TUCSON – The United States awarded an Israeli company a $145 million contract to build a surveillance system along Arizona’s border with Mexico. But federal records show that the same company had a hand in much the same border security project eight years ago.

That project, called the Strategic Border Initiative, failed and some wonder whether this project won’t also fail.   Continue reading “N4T Investigators: U.S. awards border contract to company that already failed”

The state of Connecticut is making lists of firearm owners to raid. It seems obvious to me that it is thus only fair to list those anti-constitutional tyrants who will have blood on their hands the moment the first Connecticut citizen is shot by the CT state police while carrying out their orders. I will be sending these folks my own email later today.   Continue reading “A Sipsey Street Public Service Announcement: The Connecticut Tyrants List, voluntarily subscribed by the participants on 3 April 2013.”
