ThermoDyne officials say they are at “full production, business as usual” the day after Homeland Security Investigations were on scene at the Elkhart business on Tuesday.

FOX28 crews at the scene observed HSI personnel present at ThermoDyne on the 800 block of Middlebury St. However, neither HSI representatives nor the U.S. Attorney’s office will provide comment on why officials were at the business. This is an old rant of mine, but I really think people need to wake up on this topic.

There is absolutely no excuse or reason to construct a home with wood. Yet when you look through the building codes in place all across America, wood is predominantly the only thing allowed even in tornado zones and I beg to question why. Actually, I have the answer but I will get to that later, and the answer came from a building contractor in Utah. Jewish groups on Monday condemned racist remarks attributed to Donald Sterling, the Jewish owner of the Los Angeles Clippers.

“The remarks attributed Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling are reprehensible,” said Abraham H. Foxman, ADL national director, in a statement. “If the National Basketball Association’s investigation reveals that Mr. Sterling in fact made these racist and intolerant statements, we expect and anticipate a swift and forceful response.”

On Saturday, Defense DistributedAmerica’s best-known group of 3D gunsmiths—announced on Facebook that its founder, Cody Wilson, is now a federally licensed gun manufacturer and dealer. The group published a picture of the Type 7 federal firearms license (FFL) to prove it.

“The big thing it allows me to do is that it makes me [a manufacturer] under the law—everything that manufacturers are allowed to do,” he told Ars. “I can sell some of the pieces that we’ve been making. UPDATE: There are too many reports to ignore now of various passenger’s cell phones ringing when called. The only way this could happen is if the plane was either stolen or crashed on the ground within reach of a cell tower. One phone got picked up and hung up quickly, before anything was said.
