Damascus, Syria – A damning new report by the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN) and the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), published this week, exposes the Pentagon’s falsifying of documents – likely to hide the use of a shady network of private arms dealers, intimately connected to Eastern European organized crime groups, to transfer some $2.2 billion dollars worth of mostly old Soviet weaponry to al-Qaeda affiliates in Syria.

As part of the OCCRP/BIRN report, a map/infographic — its accuracy confirmed by Foreign Policy magazine — denotes that prior CIA weapons went directly to Idlib province (northwest, the section in green) and the Golan border region (south).  Continue reading “Pentagon Busted Working with Organized Crime to Funnel Billions in Weapons to Terrorists”

Hillary Clinton told CNN on Wednesday that it is time to abolish the Electoral College, part of a sweeping interview where the former Democratic nominee sought to explain why she lost the 2016 election.

Clinton, in the interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, displayed her animus for fired FBI Director James Comey, reflected on her love for the people — namely former President Bill Clinton — who helped her get through the crushing loss and blasted the arcane election body that she believes helped Donald Trump win the presidency.   Continue reading “Hillary Clinton says it is time to ‘abolish’ the Electoral College”

Two days into the start of my daughter’s 7th grade school year, she brought home a document that triggered a bit of an apoplectic, expletive-laden meltdown for me, and it was all centered around one word, Patriotism. The document was a form the school wanted me to sign acknowledging my receipt of something called the “Framework for Citizenship- The Student Code of Conduct.”

This document, to me, read like a badly written Sci Fi novel, only the Fi was missing, as in, this was a non-fiction declaration.   Continue reading “Public School Demands Patriotic Global Citizen Alliance From Kids”

Fifty-three years ago, when newly elected Dwight Eisenhower moved into the White House, America’s southern frontier was as porous as a spaghetti sieve. As many as 3 million illegal migrants had walked and waded northward over a period of several years for jobs in California, Arizona, Texas, and points beyond.

President Eisenhower cut off this illegal traffic. He did it quickly and decisively with only 1,075 United States Border Patrol agents – less than one-tenth of today’s force. The operation is still highly praised among veterans of the Border Patrol.   Continue reading “How Eisenhower solved illegal border crossings from Mexico”

A new letter from Senators Chuck Grassley and Lindsey Graham reveal testimony from new witnesses suggesting that former FBI Director James Comey had already started drafting documentation exonerating Hillary Clinton long before interviewing key witnesses, including Hillary herself.

According to the letter, which is based on testimony from James Rybicki, Comey’s Chief of Staff, and Trisha Anderson, the Principal Deputy General Counsel of National Security and Cyberlaw, Comey began drafting a statement to announce the conclusion of the Hillary investigation in April or May 2016, well before he had interviewed up to 17 key witnesses.    Continue reading “New Evidence Reveals Comey Exonerated Hillary Before Key Witness Interviews”

Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner, a Republican, signed a ‘sanctuary state’ bill into law that prohibits police from making an arrest based solely on the fact that they are in the country illegally. They must have a court order for that. The Governor says the bill is a two-page compromise from a 40-page bill filled with additional restrictions on police. Compromise or not, former supporters are saying that Rauner is the best Democrat Governor the state has ever had. –GEG

China appears to be laying the groundwork for the mass collection of DNA samples from residents of a restive, largely Muslim region that’s been under a security crackdown, rights observers and independent experts said on Tuesday.

Police in western China’s Xinjiang region confirmed to The Associated Press that they are in the process of purchasing at least $8.7 million in equipment to analyse DNA samples.

Observers from Human Rights Watch said they’ve seen evidence of almost $3 million in additional purchases related to DNA testing. They warned such a collection program could be used as a way for authorities to beef up their political control.   Continue reading “China buys equipment to expand DNA testing in Muslim region”

Even though present-day Afghanistan flies under the news radar, it remains to be the longest military quagmire in US history. Aside from troops still occupying the country, thousands of private contractors are on the ground that the Pentagon can’t even account for. Considering how Obama’s foreign policy strategy has been to replace ground troops with drone strikes, the administration’s logic behind continuing the occupation remains unclear.

War has always been about resources and control. Alongside the supposed surprise discovery of Afghanistan’s $1 trillion wealth of untapped minerals, the Taliban had successfully eradicated the opium crop in the Golden Crescent before the US invasion. Now, more than 90% of the world’s heroin comes from the war torn country.  Continue reading “Flashback: How Opium is Keeping US in Afghanistan: CIA’s Shady History of Drug Trafficking”

DID YOU KNOW that shortly after the U.S. invaded Afghanistan, the Taliban tried to surrender?

For centuries in Afghanistan, when a rival force had come to power, the defeated one would put down their weapons and be integrated into the new power structure — obviously with much less power, or none at all. That’s how you do with neighbors you have to continue to live with. This isn’t a football game, where the teams go to different cities when it’s over. That may be hard for us to remember, because the U.S. hasn’t fought a protracted war on its own soil since the Civil War.   Continue reading “The Taliban Tried To Surrender And The U.S. Rebuffed Them. 5G is creating an environmental nightmare in more ways than technology addicts even can imagine!

Since 5G waves don’t travel very far, innovative ‘cell towers’ of all shapes, types and sizes—including that of a refrigerator size—most likely will be ‘planted’ on a pole of some sort outside most buildings, including your home!   Continue reading “Is This What You Want Outside Your Bedroom Window?”

Pope Francis on Monday urged countries to greatly improve their welcome to migrants and stop collective expulsions, saying migrants’ dignity and right to protection trumps national security concerns.

Francis’ politically pointed message was made in view of the Catholic Church’s 2018 world refugee day, celebrated Jan. 14. It comes amid mounting anti-immigrant sentiment in Europe and beyond following waves of migrant arrivals and Islamic extremist attacks.  Continue reading “Pope: Rights of migrants trump national security concerns”

A young boy went up to his father and asked him, ‘Dad, what is the difference between ‘potentially’ and ‘realistically’ ?’

The father thought for a moment, then answered, ‘Go ask your mother if she would sleep with Brad Pitt for a million dollars.

Then ask your sister if she would sleep with Brad Pitt for a Million dollars, and then ask your brother if he’d sleep with Brad Pitt for a million dollars. Come back and tell me what you learn from that.’   Continue reading “The difference between ‘potentially’ and ‘realistically’”
