Volusia County, FL — The state of Florida has made headlines recently about how they were treating people at hurricane shelters. Last week, as the Free Thought Project reported, Florida police announced that they would arrest people for outstanding parking ticket violations if they tried to seek refuge in one of the shelters. However, that was just the beginning. A video taken of Volusia County, Florida, shows that it wasn’t just people with warrants the government was treating as second-class citizens — it was the homeless too.

In the disheartening video, several homeless people who were simply trying to seek refuge in a local shelter during the storm — after being told to go there by police — were seen being turned away by police for no other reason other than the fact that they had no house to live in.   Continue reading “Police Turn Away Homeless People at Hurricane Shelters—Because They’re Homeless”

When retired Georgia Tech professor Judith Curry penned a blog post on her “Climate Etc.” website suggesting that it was scientifically irresponsible to tie the intensity of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma directly to climate change, she probably didn’t expect that she might trigger 1,000’s of progressives to call for her immediate imprisonment.  Unfortunately, for both Curry and society at large, that is exactly what happened.

Here is part of Curry’s post that potentially resulted in this latest ‘mass-triggering’ event:   Continue reading “Calls To Imprison “Climate Change Deniers” Grow In The Wake Of Hurricane Irma”

The trade pact between South Korea and the United States has proven to be one of the most one-way global trade deals ever signed.

Just five years old, the South Korea-U.S. trade deal known as KORUS has led to a huge rise in imports from South Korea with no reciprocal rise in exports from the U.S. Prior to the deal, the U.S. exported around $43.6 billion in goods to South Korea, while South Korea sent around $56.6 billion, producing a trade deficit of around $13 billion. Last year, the U.S. exported $42.3 billion to South Korea and imported $69.9 billion from South Korea. The trade deficit was around $27.6 billion.   Continue reading “South Korea Trade Deal: ‘It’s Like NAFTA on Crack’”

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Department of Justice will not bring charges against Baltimore police officers over the fatal injury of a black man in custody in an incident that stoked tensions between African Americans and law enforcement, federal officials said Tuesday.

A Justice Department criminal civil rights investigation into the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray has found “insufficient evidence” for any charges, the U.S. Department of Justice said in a statement.   Continue reading “No federal charges for Baltimore cops in Freddie Gray’s death”

SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle Mayor Ed Murray announced his resignation Tuesday after a fifth man — one of his cousins — came forward and accused him of sexual abuse decades ago.

Murray, who had already announced that he would not seek a second term even as he denied wrongdoing, said he would step down effective 5 p.m. Wednesday.

“While the allegations against me are not true, it is important that my personal issues do not affect the ability of our City government to conduct the public’s business,” the Democrat said in a statement.   Continue reading “Seattle’s mayor resigns after 5th sex abuse claim emerges”

A top Israeli general tasked with writing his country’s defense policy has admitted that Israel cannot take on Iran’s military alone if the day should come that the regional powers face off in a direct military confrontation, Defense News reports.

“We cannot fight Iran alone,” Maj. Gen. Yair Golan, a former IDF deputy chief of staff and a candidate to become the next Israel Defense Forces chief of staff, told a think tank gathering on September 7. “They can affect us; we can affect them. It’s all about attrition. But if you want to gain something which is deeper, we cannot do it alone. This is a fact of life. It’s better to admit that.”   Continue reading “Top Israeli General Admits the Truth About Israel Going to War With Iran”

Honolulu, HI — In America’s modern-day police state, it seems the state knows no bounds as to how far it will go to keep children and adults in a perpetual state of fear. A recent lawsuit out of Hawaii illustrates the extent of the American fear culture and how its insanity is tormenting and traumatizing America’s youth.

For more than 10 minutes, middle school children were held hostage by a raging lunatic in a mask, swinging a hammer while threatening to kill them all. Naturally, officials claim this drill, involving a school official wearing a mask and holding a hammer while threatening to kill children, was done for the “safety of those children.” Well, Michelle and Eddie Chavez aren’t buying that excuse.   Continue reading “Children Held Hostage During Disturbing 9/11 Drill by School Official Threatening to Kill Them”

Following President Trump’s sign off last Friday on a short-term debt-ceiling/government funding/hurricane aid deal (thanks to Democrats’ votes), the US Treasury was finally freed from the shackles of the debt ceiling which it hit nearly one year ago  and which meant that US federal debt would be at roughly $19.808 trillion for months.

Well, no more: according to the latest Daily Trasury Statement as of Friday, total US debt surged by $317.6 billion from its Thursday closing print of $19.845 trillion, following the short-term debt suspension which kicked the can through December 8, to finally rise above the “psychological barrier” of $20 trillion, or $20,162,176,797,904.13 to be precise.   Continue reading “It’s Official: US Debt Finally Tops $20 Trillion, Jumps By $318 Billion In One Day”

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) – The United Nations Security Council unanimously stepped up sanctions against North Korea on Monday over the country’s sixth and most powerful nuclear test on Sept. 3, imposing a ban on the country’s textile exports and capping imports of crude oil.

It was the ninth sanctions resolution unanimously adopted by the 15-member council since 2006 over North Korea’s ballistic missile and nuclear programs. The United States watered down an initial tougher draft resolution to win the support of Pyongyang ally China and Russia.   Continue reading “U.N. San Francisco, CA – Body Cam footage has been released that shows Bay Area Transit Police pinning a woman down on the ground as they arrest her, as she warns them that she is pregnant. One day after the arrest, the woman claims she miscarried, and she is now suing police for the loss of her baby.

Andrea Appleton and Michael Smith were arrested by BART Police on July 29, 2016, after another individual on the train called police and claimed that Smith was armed with a gun and attempted to rob him.   Continue reading “Cops Assault Pregnant Woman During False Arrest—Causing Miscarriage—Lawsuit”

In what may be a major breakthrough in the diplomatic and political stalemate over North Korea if confirmed officially, Japan’s Kyodo newspaper reported overnight that Chinese state banks have started suspending transactions through accounts held by North Koreans, making it nearly impossible to do business between the two countries. Furthermore, Kyodo News has confirmed that branch offices of at least three major state banks – the Bank of China, China Construction Bank and Agricultural Bank of China – in the northeastern border city of Yanji have also banned North Koreans from opening accounts.  Continue reading “Crackdown Begins: Chinese Banks Are Suspending North Korean Transactions”

Clearly the war in Syria and the international push for regime change against Assad has created strange alliances in the Middle East over the past few years. Among the strangest bedfellows are the Israelis and Saudis. It’s no secret that common cause in Syria of late has led the historic bitter enemies down a pragmatic path of unspoken cooperation as both seem to have placed the break up of the so-called “Shia crescent” as their primary policy goal in the region. But that’s perhaps why few pundits seemed overly shocked when Israeli media late last week began reporting that a Saudi prince made a secret visit to Israel, in spite of the fact that the kingdom does not recognize the Jewish state, and the two sides do not have diplomatic relations.  Continue reading “Breaking News of Saudi Crown Prince’s “Secret” Visit To Israel Brings Embassy Scramble”

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Justice Department on Monday filed an emergency application at the U.S. Supreme Court seeking to block an appeals court decision that limited President Donald Trump’s effort to temporarily bar most refugees from entering the United States.

The department did not ask the court to immediately block a separate part of last Thursday’s ruling by the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that said grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins of legal U.S. residents should be exempted from Trump’s ban on travelers from six Muslim-majority countries.   Continue reading “Trump administration asks top U.S. court to lift refugee ban limits”

One of the very first things I discovered when I began researching the NWO, some 4 ½ years ago, was what I call ‘way stations’. These are places that, at first glance, look like nothing out of the ordinary, but upon closer inspection, are revealed to be something far more insidious than one would suspect. They can be found anywhere, and as anyone knows, the best place to hide something is in plain sight, where it can be seen by anyone, but not necessarily recognized for what it actually is.

I came across this information quite by accident while searching the internet one day for some photos of giants that a friend of mine had downloaded. I hadn’t asked him the name of the website he got them from, so I simply Googled the word ‘giants’, hoping to get lucky. It was by far either the luckiest or smartest thing I’ve ever done, as it took me to a site called “Return of the Nephilim”, which not only had the same pictures my friend had downloaded, but it also had many different articles about something I had always considered to be a myth at best – the Illuminati.   Continue reading “Hidden in Plain Sight – FEMA Way Stations”

Residents of Caribbean islands hit by Hurricane Irma are bracing themselves for more upheaval as Hurricane Jose threatens to wreak further havoc on the already storm-ravaged region.

On Friday, 21 people were killed and thousands displaced in the eastern Caribbean as Irma battered Cuba and the Bahamas. Now, near-category 5 Hurricane Jose is following a similar path, with the islands of St. Martin and St. Barthelemy expected to feel the full force of its 155mph winds over the weekend.   Continue reading “Hurricane Jose threatens further destruction in Caribbean”

Glennville, GA — Richard Tavera was a 24-year-old mentally ill man suffering from bipolar disorder. When his mental illness got out of control, he decided to try and kill himself. He did this in his jail cell as four officers watched the life slowly leave his body.

Guards at Smith state prison did nothing for nearly 8 minutes as Tavera fashioned a noose with his bed sheets and tied to a sprinkler above the cell. Videos obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution show this disturbing event unfold. They also show that Tavera’s death was entirely preventable.
