Elizabeth Daly went to jail over a case of bottled water.

According to the Charlottesville Daily Progress, shortly after 10 p.m. April 11, the University of Virginia student bought ice cream, cookie dough and a carton of LaCroix sparkling water from the Harris Teeter grocery store at the popular Barracks Road Shopping Center. In the parking lot, a half-dozen men and a woman approached her car, flashing some kind of badges. One jumped on the hood. Another drew a gun. Others started trying to break the windows.   Continue reading “Fear Spreads Over ‘Militarization’ Of Police In US”

Why is NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg such a popular fellow? Because he perfectly encapsulates what Progressives stand for: bigger and bigger governmental control over Other People’s lives, from big things down to the tiny things. This is what Progressives want, but notice the use of the phrase “Other People’s lives”. When it comes to laws, regulations, burdens, penalties, taxes, anything restrictive, Progressives always want Other People, Someone Else, That Guy, to bear the burden, never themselves.   Continue reading “Nanny Bloomberg Pushes Law To Force Composting”

The European Parliament has called for the scrapping of two agreements granting the US access to European financial and travel data, unless Washington reveals the full extent of its spying on Europe.

The non-binding resolution, which was passed by 483-98 with 65 abstentions on Thursday, said the US should provide full disclosure about its email and communications data. If Washington fails to agree, two EU-US transatlantic information-sharing deals could be revoked.    Continue reading “EU Parliament votes to scrap US data-sharing deal unless Washington reveals spying practices”

Sky Deutschland, the German railroad company, has developed a new technology that transfers audio from the train’s glass windows right into the heads of unsuspecting commuters.  It is similar technology used in hearing aids, headphones and Google Glass, transferring sound vibration through the bones of the inner ear.

Figuring that many passengers fall asleep with their heads against the windows, social engineers decided to take advantage of this opportunity to advertise.  Of course they did.  No one else will be able to hear the audio but the person with their head against the glass.  It’s bad enough they will use it to blast silent advertising into passengers’ heads, but the insidious potential to use this as another weapon against humanity is huge.

For more on the topic of undetectable silent weaponry being used against us right now, see The Relentless Invasion Of Our Minds here.

Barack Obama and the United States government are working hard at making sure that ALL of our friends around the world now look at the United States as enemies. Due greatly to the horrendous NSA spy scandal and the fallout, nations around the world are now looking at the United States government as a ‘rogue entity’.

Now, Bolivian President Evo Morales is threatening to close the United States Embassy in Bolivia after a hair-brained attempt by the US government to capture hero whistleblower Edward Snowden aboard Morales’ plane.   Continue reading “Bolivia To Close US Embassy As Obama Turns Friends To Enemies”

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The woman shot Wednesday by incoming Winston-Salem Police Chief Barry Rountree says he did not immediately come to help her after she was shot.

“He did not come to me. He backed away,” says Tamara Whitt after being released from the hospital. “He just backed up and I saw the cell phone come out … he walked across the street over there by that car over there and he was on his phone … and I told the SBI he did not come to me.”   Continue reading “Incoming Winston-Salem police chief shoots woman in the leg”

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) confiscated over 1,550 firearms at airports in 2012, setting a new record high. 1,295 of guns were loaded at the time they were taken.

The TSA collects weapons from travelers at airports, but is not in charge of administering punishments. David Castelveter, the TSA’s director of external communications, said, “We are not an arresting authority. We don’t have detention authority. If somebody comes through with a weapon the immediate procedure is to call the local authority. There are some states where they just tell you to take it back to the car; in others you’ll end up at Rikers.”   Continue reading “TSA Confiscates Record Number Of Guns At Airports”

The timing of this payment gateway opening certainly could be a boon for Wikileaks, who’s latest star, Ed Snowden, could generate millions of dollars in donations for Icelandic docu-dumpers. But there’s more…

The Guardian Newspaper-linked organisation, Wikileaks, appears to now be managing the public-facing PR and media campaign for NSA whistleblower Snowden, which is interesting, considering what Wikileaks stands to gain financially in terms of  fund-raising, by aligning itself with Snowden through a series of  upcoming international media opportunities.    Continue reading “The Snowden Effect: WikiLeaks now open for business with payment partner Mastercard”

The New York Post is reporting that sleeper cell spy Anna Chapman has tweeted a marriage proposal to NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden. Snowden appears to be hiding out in Moscow’s international airport.

After being busted, Chapman was returned to Russia as part of an exchange of spies. She subsequently became a fashion model and a celebrity spokesperson for a major bank. It is thought that she may continue to act as a spy, and has tried to seduce a top member of the Obama Administration.   Continue reading “Hot Russian Spy proposes to Snowden via Twitter”

Happy Independence DayGuns Watch – by Dean Weingarten

On Independence Day, it is worth noting that some of the shrillest voices for “gun control” are, their efforts to deceive on the matter notwithstanding, less opposed to guns, or even “gun violence,” than they are to the independence of an armed citizenry. Sure, they claim to support “Independence from Gun Violence,” but the reality is that “gun violence” is precisely what they depend on, in order to exploit the public outrage, for the advancement of their forcible citizen disarmament agenda.   Continue reading “Anti-gunners don’t hate guns–they hate independence”

France-surveillanceMashable – by Alex Fitzpatrick

French newspaper Le Monde accused France’s government of illegally monitoring citizens’ internal and external communications in a report Thursday.

Le Monde immediately compared the French program to the recently revealed PRISM surveillance program in the United States. The report says France’s Directorate-General for External Security (DGSE) collects metadata from citizens’ phone calls and emails — but not the content of the messages — to visualize communications inside and outside the country.   Continue reading “France Accused of Spying on Citizens’ Communications”

The father of Justin Carter, the teen accused of making terroristic threats on Facebook, told NPR’s Morning Edition today that his son is persistently getting beat up and treated horribly at the Comal County Jail in Texas where he is being held.

“Without getting into the really nasty details, he’s had concussions, black eyes, moved four times from base for his own protection,” Carter’s father, Jack, told NPR.org. “He’s been put in solitary confinement, nude, for days on end because he’s depressed. All of this is extremely traumatic to this kid. This is a horrible experience.”   Continue reading “Teen who made ‘Terroristic’ Video Game Comment Getting Beat up in Jail”

Is the government of the United States of Amerikkka the ‘police’ of the world? They sure seem to THINK that they are after stopping the presidential plane of Bolivian President Evo Morales in an attempt to find Edward Snowden aboard.
