A number of Missouri lawmakers are supporting an amendment to the state constitution that essentially formalizes the fundamental right of parents to raise their children as they see fit.

In late April the House gave its approval to a measure, House Joint Resolution 26 (HJR26) that says parents have the right to make all decisions regarding the “discipline, education, religious instruction, health, medical care, place of habitation, and general well-being” for their own minor children.   Continue reading “Missouri moving to protect parental rights from federal tyranny over medicine, education and discipline of children”

Pentagon Changes Mind, Says Soldiers Can Share FaithThe New American – by Dave Bohon

Following an uproar over a Defense Department statement saying that military personnel could be court-martialed for sharing their faith, the Pentagon has backed down on that position and now says soldiers are free to proselytize, as long as they don’t harass others. “Service members can share their faith,” clarified Navy Lieutenant Commander Nate Christensen in a statement, “but must not force unwanted, intrusive attempts to convert others of any faith or no faith to one’s beliefs.”   Continue reading “Pentagon Changes Mind, Says Soldiers Can Share Faith”

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach has responded to Eric Holder and he is not backing down. Kobach warned, in a statement released Thursday, “With respect to any litigation, we will happily meet Mr. Holder in court.”

For the State of Kansas to pass the strongest 2nd Amendment legislation in the nation made my heart swell with American pride and their rejection of Mr. Eric Holder yesterday made me even prouder. I was born in Kansas and will die a “Jayhawk.”  Continue reading “KS State Secretary: “We will happily meet Mr. Holder in court” Over Gun Law”

The patient sufferance of The Sovereign People of the United States of America will no longer continue silently at the mercy of our government. We, The Sovereign People, of the United States of America bring before the government our grievances. This comes as a response to the campaign of tyranny and misrepresentation being waged by our federal government.

Our Constitutional Republic is for and by the Sovereign People, and in saying this we remind those in government, We The Sovereign People are the stakeholders in our country not our representatives. We, The Sovereign People, have repeatedly petitioned the government to halt legislation and laws that alter or dismiss our natural rights. We, The Sovereign People of the United States of America, demand that our grievances are heard.   Continue reading “A Proclamation of Tyranny”

At last we know. The mysterious legal authority for Barack Obama’s killer drone program flows from another administration with an elastic interpretation of executive power: that of Richard Nixon.

In a chilling 16-page dossier known simply as the White Paper, one of Obama’s statutory brains at the Justice Department cites the 1969 secret bombing of Cambodia as a legal rationale justifying drone strikes, deep inside nations, against which the United States is not officially at war.   Continue reading “The Game of Drones”

If the FBI wants to find Joanne Chesimard, who has just been added to the “Most Wanted Terrorists List,” it could begin by wiretapping President Obama’s friends, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, and other members of the Weather Underground. The Weather Underground helped Chesimard—a convicted cop-killer—escape from a New Jersey prison in 1979 and flee to Cuba.   Continue reading “How Obama Obstructs Justice in the Search for a Communist Terrorist”

I am a white, middle class American.

I am proud to say I consider my religious beliefs quite Christian, wishing no malice towards my fellow man, but desiring the right as guaranteed by God and our Constitution to hold my beliefs without government oversight or control.

I have never been arrested for a criminal act in my life.   Continue reading “I am Number 421,721”

“While we are zealously performing the duties of good citizens and soldiers, we certainly ought not to be inattentive to the higher duties of religion. To the distinguished character of Patriot, it should be our highest glory to add the more distinguished character of Christian.” –George Washington (1778)

Summary: Under the pretense of “religious tolerance,” Barack Obama and his Leftist regime have endeavored to remove any expression or manifestation of faith, particularly Christianity, from government forums — first and foremost, the U.S. military. This week, his civilian “leaders” at DoD ramped up that eradication, promising to bring criminal charges against any military personnel who express or share their faith.   Continue reading “Obama to DoD: Courts Martial for the Faithful”

Former bank regulator and Professor William Black says, “Apparently, regulators are much more sophisticated than we were because we had never thought of leaving felons in charge of our largest financial institutions.”  Dr. Black contends, “This started with the first lie of the virgin crisis–that the banks are pure and had stopped violating the law.   Continue reading “Felons in Charge of Our Largest Financial Institutions-Professor William Black”

I love vinegar. It is non-toxic, inexpensive and with the addition of a few drops of essential oil, it even smells good. Of course you can not use it in cooking that way but heck, cooking with vinegar is way down there on my list of uses.

My favorite use? Easy. Vinegar is the key component in my all purpose DIY cleaner aptly named, Peppermint Juice. More about that later.   Continue reading “35 Reasons You Should Never Be Without Vinegar”

Kansas Governor to AG Holder: We Will Continue to Defend 2nd AmendmentThe New American – by Joe Wolverton, II, J.D.

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback (shown) isn’t backing down.

As we reported yesterday, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder sent a letter to Brownback informing him that the Obama administration would ignore a new Kansas law nullifying federal gun control laws. Furthermore, Holder warned the governor that federal agents would “take all appropriate actions” to enforce federal gun control laws, calling the Kansas statute “unconstitutional.”   Continue reading “Kansas Governor to AG Holder: We Will Continue to Defend 2nd Amendment”

Julia Davis, a former Customs and Border Protections Officer, was falsely declared a domestic terrorist and subjected to retaliatory efforts against her by the Department of Homeland Security. Her home was raided by a 27 man “special response team.” She was twice falsely arrested and imprisoned, but later exonerated. She is now a national security expert and has put out a historical documentary titled Top Priority: The Terror Within. She claims that the War On Terror by the Department of Homeland Security is a charade and that the agency seems to be targeting concerned American patriots.   Continue reading “DHS Whistleblower Says War On Terror Is A Charade – Real Targets Are American Patriots”

Fridges, washing machines and other electrical goods could be switched off automatically in British homes without the owners’ consent under EU proposals to help power stations meet demand for electricity. The Telegraph – by Melanie Hall

White goods such as electric ovens would be affected by the proposals to fit all new appliances with sensors that could shut them down when the UK’s generators struggle to meet demand for power.

The measures proposed by the UK’s National Grid, along with its counterparts in 34 European countries, to install the controversial devices are backed by one of the European Union’s most influential energy bodies.    Continue reading “Fridges could be switched off without owner’s consent to reduce strain on power stations”
