(Remember, these were written in 1958)

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.   Continue reading “List of Communist Goals Contained in “The Naked Communist””

If enough states act, we are on the way to a constitutional showdown over Obamacare. The Washington Times reports Missouri bill would gut Obamacare

Next month, the Missouri Senate will consider a bill which would effectively cripple the implementation of the Affordable Care Act within the state.   Continue reading “Missouri Bill to Gut Obamacare, Ban Penalties, Ban Healthcare Exchange”

ATF and Motor OilGrandpappy

ArmaLite conducted a series of extensive tests and they determined that Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) is a very good gun cleaner and lubricant. ATF does a very good job at removing carbon deposits and it also does an excellent job of protecting steel surfaces.

ArmaLite also recommends motor oil as a superior gun lubricant and rest inhibitor. Synthetic motor oil is best but regular motor oil also works well. After cleaning the bore with ATF, you could swab the inside of the gun barrel with 2 drops of motor oil on a clean gun cleaning patch in order to prevent future rust problems.   Continue reading “Alternative Gun Cleaning Solvent and Gun Cleaning Oil”

Excerpted from Obama’s Long List of Broken Promises. By Peter Wehner at Commentary Magazine.

A mine-resistant, ambush protected vehicle. The United States Department of Defense gave the police force 165 mine-resistant, ambush-protected vehicles under its national military surplus program. (Expert Infantry )The Trumpet – by ANDREW MIILLER

Nestled in the tranquil Connecticut River watershed of southwest New Hampshire, the city of Keene has largely avoided the violent unrest common to many other urban areas. With a population of only 23,409 people, Keene’s violent crime index is about half the national average.

Despite the calm, however, local authorities didn’t think twice about requesting a BearCat armored counterattack vehicle from the Department of Homeland Security.   Continue reading “Why Does the Environmental Protection Agency Need Its Own SWAT Team?”

The Real Grand Chessboard and the Profiteers of WarGlobal Research – by Prof Peter Dale Scott

In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.” Dwight David Eisenhower, “Military-Industrial Complex Speech,” 1961, [1]   Continue reading “The Real Grand Chessboard and the Profiteers of War”

William H. Pauley IIIMilitia News

William H. Pauley III is a traitorous and corrupt U.S. District Judge that is obviously in the back pocket of the Obama administration.

U.S. District Judge William H. Pauley III ruled that the National Security Agency’s bulk collection of American phone data is lawful resulting in the dismissal of a complaint originally filed by the American Civil Liberties Union. The decision was made by Judge William H. Pauley III shortly after U.S. District Judge Richard Leon in Washington ruled that the NSA program “almost certainly” violated the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution against unreasonable searches. Judge Leon actually didn’t go far enough because it “most certainly” violates the Fourth Amendment. This new ruling by Judge Pauley proves without question that he is a traitor.   Continue reading “U.S. District Judge William H. Pauley III Is A Traitor.”

My wife asked me why we’re going the extra mile for Christmas, 2013. The simple answer is that we don’t know how many more we’ll have… If we’ll have any more at all. I’ve written elsewhere on the impending economic implosion, and there are many others who’ve done so as well. So it’s no secret, unless you are (like my aged parents) inclined to get your “news” from such sources and MS-NBC, CNN, et al. In other words, you already understand what’s happening, or you’ll never understand. It’s as simple as that, really.   Continue reading “A Stupid Idea…”

Patriot Post – by Mark Alexander

“May the father of all mercies scatter light, and not darkness, upon our paths, and make us in all our several vocations useful here, and in His own due time and way everlastingly happy.” –George Washington (1790)

Standing guard in defense of Liberty is a constant vigil. And it can be as exhausting as it is exhilarating. But like you, your Patriot team never wavers in its steadfast commitment to that defense.   Continue reading “The Father of All Mercies – A Patriot Christmas”

Activist Post

As this year comes to a close it is once again time to reflect, learn from events, and plan for a new year with some predictions.

Without question, 2013 was not the best year for freedom, economic prosperity or peace. The police state has gotten more militarized, intrusive and violent. More laws against protesting and press freedoms infested the Western world. More money was funneled from the poor to the rich. And more war was waged with a careless joystick trigger finger.   Continue reading “10 Predictions For 2014”

South Carolina’s got an Obamacare nullification bill that’s about to be voted on in the State Senate next month. It passed the State House easily, and it’s expected to be signed by the state’s Governor Nikki Haley, assuming it passes the State Senate.

According to CNS Newsthe legislation would “prohibit all state agencies, public officials and state employees from implementing the federal health care law.” Further, according to CNS News:   Continue reading “South Carolina Poised to Nullify Obamacare”

pelosi grimaceLast Resistance – by Philip Hodges

In what universe would anyone describe Obamacare as anything other than a colossal failure? Failure always abounds when the government sees fit to involve itself in the formerly-free market. The government drags along with it an exorbitant increase in prices and a significant drop in quality of product. That’s what’s been happening with the healthcare industry for decades now. And healthcare.gov is the embodiment of everything that’s wrong with the government’s penchant for central economic planning.   Continue reading “Pelosi: Obamacare is “a Glorious Thing””

The Hoss USMC – by M. Taylor, September 29, 2013

Many of us reading this carry firearms on a daily basis, but how many are maintaining situational awareness in their daily routine? This question is aimed primarily towards those of us who have chosen to accept the responsibility of being armed, but it also applies to situations where you’re not armed (either by choice or due to local laws & other prohibitions).

[In September] in Nairobi, we saw graphic proof of what a determined group of attackers is capable of. Depending on varying news reports, claims are that three of the al-Shabab terrorists were recruited from the United States and possibly another three (or more) were Europeans (take that with a grain of salt until it is confirmed one way or the other).   Continue reading “Where’s Your Mind At?”

The Hoss USMC

Over the last year or so we have seen an increase in two somewhat related things in the rights and the gun communities. The first one being attacks on liberty, rights, and American values by so called “second amendment supporters”. The second being an increase in protests involving the carrying and display of firearms. I think these things are somewhat related.

Lets first address the what American values are. Our Constitution guarantees us a republican form of government, Article 4 Section 4. A republican form of government is a form of representatives that are supposed to represent those who elect him, or her. But we live not only in a republic, but a constitutional republic. This means that our representatives are bound by law to not infringe on our individual liberties in certain ways, or they are ruled by law.   Continue reading “An Attack On American Values”
