The Common Sense Show – by Dave Hodges
The fact that FEMA has recruited up to an estimated 28,000 pastors, as a low end estimate, to as many as 100,000 pastors, as a high end estimate, in order to form the clergy response team is very disturbing, not to mention frightening.
The reports of pastoral betrayal are now coming in from multiple sources and there is no denying where this is headed. Below is an interview that Alex Jones did with my friend Pastor Butch Paugh. I have been on Pastor Butch’s show many times and my experience with him is that he is not only a committed man of God, he is a very serious researcher. In the following video, Pastor Butch tells Alex just how far FEMA’s plot is to use pastors to entice willing self-incarceration into FEMA camps. House Speaker John Boehner invited Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on Friday to address a joint meeting of Congress when he visits Washington next month.
Boehner says the speech would give the newly elected Afghan leader a change to talk about the U.S.-Afghan relations going forward. That’s at a time when international troops are withdrawing and Afghan security forces have taken over security for the nation. Continue reading “Boehner invites Afghan president to address Congress”
Now that the Greek tragicomedy of the new government “threatening” to leave the Eurozone if it doesn’t get its way, has been postponed for a few weeks, if not months, we can go back to the biggest story involving Greece, one we first covered in October of 2014, when we said that Greece needs about €43 billion through the end of 2015 to cover its funding needs. Earlier today, the broader market finally woke up to precisely this problem for Greece, when MarketNews reported that Greek creditors are now contemplating a third bailout which could be as large as €30 billion. Poland’s largest farmer uprising ever has occurred as convoys of tractors took to the roads recently in protest of GMO infiltration and land grabs by biotech and Big Ag corporations.
More than 150 farmers blocked roadways and held numerous demonstrations in order to bring attention to the important issue of food sovereignty in Poland. Their focus is a ban on GMOs and a restoration of small farmer’s rights after decades of oppressive health and safety regulations which take rights away from small farms and give them to mono-cropping, poisoning Big Ag mega-companies. A sheriff’s deputy in South Carolina has been fired after his use of a taser on a 65-year-old unarmed man in a wheelchair was determined to be “inappropriate” and “not necessary” by internal investigators.
The incident occurred on Feb. 20, when a police officer with the Pickens City Police Department and three Pickens County deputies served a bench warrant at a home shared by 25-year-old Travis Antonio Mansell and his wheelchair-bound father, Parker Mansell Jr. Continue reading “Sheriff’s Deputy Fired For ‘Inappropriate’ Act On 65-Year-Old Man In A Wheelchair”

President Barack Obama used a TV interview to describe law enforcement officials as soldiers under his direct command, and he threatened to punish law enforcement officials who try to ignore his November policy barring the enforcement immigration law against millions of illegals.
“In the U.S. military, when you get an order, you’re expected to follow it,” said Obama, who is legally the commander in chief of the U.S. military. ”It doesn’t mean that everybody follows the order. If they don’t, they’ve got a problem,” he said during his Wednesday interview that aired on MSNBC and the Telemundo Spanish-language network. The Kansas Senate has passed SB 45, the bill that moves Kansas into the constitutional carry status of Arkansas, Arizona, Alaska, Wyoming, and Vermont. If the bill passes the house and is signed by Governor Brownback, a person who can legally own a firearm and who is 21 or over will be able to carry a firearm concealed without fear of prosecution. The bill, SB 45 had 26 cosponsors and was introduced by the Majority leader, Terry Bruce, of Hutchinson. The bill passed with an overwhelming, veto proof, bi-partisan margin of 31 to 7.
The seven members that voted against the bill were: Faust-Goudeau (D), Francisco(D), Hawk(D), Hensley(D), Holland(D), Pettey(D), and Kay Wolf(R). Continue reading “Kansas Senate Passes Constitutional Carry”

It looks like Vermont’s proposed expanded background check bill is officially dead in committee.
The Democratic chairman (surprise right?!) essentially declared that the bill will be dying in committee, never even making it to a floor vote in the state legislature. Continue reading “Expanded Background Check Bill in Vermont Officially DEAD”

As you might remember, earlier this month we announced that an elderly New Jersey man, Gordon VanGilder, had been charged with illegal possession of a firearm for having an antique, flintlock pistol in his car.
In a rare example of common sense, NJ prosecutors have dropped those charges.
According to local media reports: Continue reading “Charges Against Elderly Man Who Was Arrested for Flintlock Pistol in NJ Have Been DROPPED”

Parents in California are distraught after losing their infant son after being vaccinated. He died in his sleep and was taken to the hospital already deceased. Hospital staff ruled his death as sudden infant death syndrome. The couple was told an autopsy was required to be performed on their son.
After returning home, waiting to get an update, they never received one. Numerous phone calls were made to get answers. Weeks went by. Finally, they received verbal confirmation and told their son was best not to be seen prior to being cremated, because of the condition he was in. Once cremated, they could pick up the remains of their child from the crematory. They were not given the chance to say their goodbyes. You voted with your dollar. You spoke out on social media. You educated your co-workers who were eating a junk-food diet. Thanks to this influence, organic food sales are exploding, so one of the largest retailers in the US is ‘doubling down’ their investment in organic and sustainable products.
Target’s initiative is called ‘Made to Matter,’ and it will nearly double the number of sustainable and organic products it sells. The chain has already included an exclusive collection of 16 brands and over 100 individual products that were introduced last year – ranging from bleach-free diapers to nonaerosol air fresheners. Dr. David Mitlin, the head researcher of a group working on supercapacitors at the University of Alberta in Canada says that their project turning hemp fibers into a graphene substitute is about one thousand times cheaper than making graphene. We have legions of electronic devices, and each one of those devices has a battery inside of it. Ever experience the frustration of fully charging your smartphone just to have it die a few hours later? Or need your electric car to drive more miles before the battery is completely drained? Then read on. Continue reading “Hemp Supercapacitors — Cleaner, Greener Battery Components”

Customers are purchasing AR-15 ammo in volumes up to 20 times the normal rate in some gun stores across the country in reaction to the ATF’s plan to ban 5.56 mm steel-tipped bullets.
Earlier this week, the ATF announced its intention to ban sales of the ammunition, typically used by sports shooters, in the name of protecting law enforcement officers from “the threat posed by ammunition capable of penetrating a protective vest.” Continue reading “AR-15 Bullet Sales Surge After ATF Ban Announcement”

The strategic waters of the South China Sea are claimed by a confusing collection of various nations. The region’s strongest – and most vocal – stakeholder is China. On Thursday, the US Navy admitted that it is monitoring the area, launching its most advanced spy plane out of the Philippines.
The P-8A Poseidon is one the United States’ most advanced surveillance planes. It’s capable of both anti-submarine warfare and anti-surface warfare, and is currently flying over the South China Sea. The US plans to use the aircraft to share “real time” details about activity in Philippine waters. Continue reading “US Starts Flying Its Most Advanced Spy Planes Over South China Sea”
