Border Patrol agents in Orchard Park, N.Y., arrested a group of illegal aliens who were trespassing at an elementary school. Several of the illegal aliens had been previously deported and had criminal records.
An officer from the Orchard Park Police Department responded to call at an elementary school where thirteen male subjects were reportedly trespassing. The officer contacted Border Patrol agents to investigate the background of the suspects, according to information obtained by Breitbart Texas from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials.
The Orchard Park police officer had requested assistance because of the time of day and the large number of subjects involved in the alleged trespassing incident at the elementary school.
Agents from the Buffalo Border Patrol Station responded and conducted a field interview with the 13 individuals. They learned that all of the men were Mexican citizens. Ten of the thirteen were determined to be illegally present in the United States. Agents determined that most of the men had previously been deported and several had criminal records. The nature of their criminal offenses was not disclosed in the statement.
Agents arrested eight of the illegal aliens and transported them to a federal detention facility in Batavia, N.Y. The other two illegal aliens were released with instructions to contact the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Jessica Vaughn, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, told Breitbart Texas’ Lana Shadwick in July that Canada would “become even more of a launching point for illegal entry into the United States” following a new Canadian policy allowing Mexican nationals to travel to Canada without a visa.
She told Shadwick that this new policy raises the possibility that Mexican nationals, and “especially those Mexicans who have been deported already from the United States, or anyone who fraudulently obtains a Mexican passport, might seek to enter the United States illegally from Canada across our largely unguarded northern border.”
In another incident along the Canadian border in New York, a Mexican woman was arrested by Border Patrol agents just after she illegally crossed the northern border Breitbart Texas reported two weeks ago. A Canadian citizen was arrested by CBP officers at the Port of Mooers port of entry for allegedly helping her in her illegal crossing. The Canadian man was driving a car across the border that was loaded with the woman’s clothing and documentation.

Well, things must be very different up in Orchard,NY, because in PA where I am at, cops have told me they’ve called ICE and been told that if they haven’t committed a violent felony they don’t want to hear about it. I live and operate a business in Souderton which is between Allentown and Philthydelphia(both ICE drop-off locations and safe haven cities for wetbacks).
Just as it is all over the world today, with illegals and “refugees” – wherever they go – crime spikes. When are we going to learn and close our borders completely? Okay, so they sent the ones who weren’t “legally in this country” to a deportation center. They’ll just come back again – this time with revenge in their hearts towards American people. And the other two? Who obviously were harboring them? “Go to a government agency on your own”. When pigs fly! They don’t have any respect of our government, otherwise they wouldn’t be breaking the law in the first place. No one is coming to this Country anymore ” for a better life”. All they all want is a place to get free living and to steal, kill and defy the laws. Wake up America!
