ZAGREB (Reuters) – The wartime commander of Bosnian Croat forces, Slobodan Praljak, died after he drank poison seconds after a United Nations judges turned down his appeal against a 20-year sentence for war crimes against Bosnian Muslims, Croatian state television reported.

The television quoted sources close to Praljak as saying he died in a hospital in The Hague.

The events took place in the final minutes of the court’s last verdict. The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), established by the United Nations in 1993, shuts its doors next month when its mandate expires.

  1. From what I read of the Muslim invasion was that Clinton paid them to terrorize the country (helping NATO and the UN destabilize Eastern Europe) and this man figured out how to beat them and was punished for it.

  2. The International Tribunal Against Crimes of Church and State….ITCCS? In the Hague….the same that pressed charges on Pope Benedict and Queen Elizabeth 5 years ago about the deaths of indigenous children in Canada back in the 1960’s that caused the Pope to resign….all hidden by the main stream media even though last week Trudeau made an apology? That Hague court?
