Representative Chip Roy (R-TX) wrote a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland on Thursday, demanding documents related to the prosecution of Dr. Eithan Haim. Dr. Haim faces up to 10 years in prison for speaking out against child sex change procedures at Texas Children’s Hospital.
