Russian investigators claim to have found household appliances imported from China which contain hidden microchips that pump spam data and malware into wi-fi networks.

Connecticut Police raided the home of Joseph Callahan, 69, confiscated more than 270 guns and he was charged with several felonies, including 11 counts of illegal possession of explosives and six counts of first-degree reckless endangerment. Was Callahan really endangering anyone or planning some sort of terrorist attack? No, he was not.
According to Callahan’s attorney, Richard Meehan, he is just a collector, a gun aficionado, and a hoarder. Meehan also claims that Callahan is a retired chemist and collector who had no “nefarious intent” when items were discovered at his upscale Fairfield home. Russian strategic forces carried out a large-scale surprise military drill on Wednesday, launching four nuclear missiles that were closely monitored by U.S. intelligence agencies, U.S. officials said.

A Texas trucking company owner is suing the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and other law enforcement agencies in connection with the November 2011 shooting death of a company employee.
Craig Patty, owner of Craig Thomas Expeditors, is suing Javier Pena, head of the Houston DEA office, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, and at least a dozen or more unknown government employees for their role in orchestrating a botched drug sting that ended in a gun battle. When someone stole 19-year-old Olgi Freyre’s beloved bicycle, she didn’t just get upset, she publicly posted an angry note to the thief, hoping he would see it. Luckily, a Good Samaritan read it — and bought her a new bike.

A new study published in PLoS One and lead by Dr. Kerry O’Brien from the University of Manchester ties gun ownership and opposition to stricter gun control policies to symbolic racism in white Americans.
Symbolic racism, also considered “modern” racism, is described as a less blatant form of prejudice embraced through the approval of certain social policies designed to disadvantage blacks in the United States. Since the passage of the Civil Rights Act, this form of racism has replaced old fashioned hate like the approval of Jim Crow Laws with stringent conservative policies like the opposition to social safety nets such as welfare. The city’s insurance carrier paid a man $5,000 last month to settle a lawsuit following a federal judge’s opinion that a Corvallis police officer unlawfully detained and searched the man two years ago as he was retrieving his mail — and openly carrying a gun.

I am still trying to understand how a criminal act such as the “Affordable Healthcare Act” (aka Obamacare) was ever passed. The Patriot Act, the NDAA, and the rest of the treasonous acts passed by “President” (and I do use that term ever so loosely”) Obama aka Barry Soetoro are so illegal that I cannot understand how the American people have allowed such lawlessness to prevail for so long. The United States of America is going to hell in a handbasket, yet many seemed too busy with Monday night football and Walking Dead to be concerned about any of it.

A US federal court has released new video footage showing California prison guards repeatedly spraying mentally ill inmates with pepper spray in an apparent attempt to convince the prisoners to take their medication.
California policy requires officers in the Department of Corrections to film all cell extractions. The footage in question was played in court in October as part of an inmate’s lawsuit seeking to halt the use of pepper spray against the growing mentally ill prison population.
