The lawyer for a Massachusetts man who has a “666″ tattoo and horns implanted on his forehead believes that his appearance will make it impossible for him to find an impartial jury or receive a fair trial, The Republican reports.

James G. Reardon, Jr. is worried that the appearance of his client, Caius Veiovis, will distract jurors from the facts of the case, and petitioned Hampden Superior Court Judge C. Now, former owners and employees of the slaughterhouse are facing some serious charges related to the recall.

After sustained defensive combat against Ukrainian troops in the self-proclaimed People’s Republic of Donetsk during August, rebels are now reporting of entrapping two large groups of Kiev troops and seizing military hardware in a counteroffensive.

The National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 did make America a War Zone. It took away our Bill of Rights that had protected us from torture and indefinite detention and guaranteed us the right to a speedy trial, to legal counsel and to a trial by jury. Courts everywhere have said the police are allowed to use pain to force you to comply with an officer’s orders. If you raise your hands to defend yourself from a cop’s blows, you can be arrested and convicted of a felony for resisting arrest.
