A far-left California teacher with a hammer and sickle tattoo and an apparent affinity for Antifa and brutal communist dictators will be fired after bragging on video that he was working to radicalize his students “further and further left,” his employer announced Wednesday.

In a letter, the Natomas Unified School District Superintendent Chris Evans wrote that Gabriel Gipe, a social studies teacher at Inderkum High School, would be terminated after Project Veritas found Antifa and Mao Zedong posters in his classroom and recorded him talking about indoctrinating his students. WASHINGTON — Douglas Jensen, an Iowa man charged with leading a mob that chased US Capitol Police Officer Eugene Goodman on Jan. 6, is going back to jail after he was caught violating his release conditions by accessing the internet — specifically to stream election fraud conspiracy theory content.

US District Judge Timothy Kelly signaled that it was an easy call for him to return Jensen to federal custody. Shortly before announcing the decision at a hearing on Thursday, the judge said he had been explicit that Jensen could not go online and Jensen promptly disobeyed that. Kelly seemed especially troubled that a court officer caught Jensen in the act of violating his release conditions the very first time they made an unannounced visit at his house to check on his compliance. The walkout started when three students emerged from Legend High School in Parker and meandered toward a nearby park. Two more followed shortly after, and for a moment the small group was the only sign of protest.

Then came dozens, and within minutes, hundreds of students and parents had amassed across the street from the high school. They held signs calling masks child abuse, public health officials liars, and demanded masks remain optional.

“I can’t do this again,” said one boy’s poster.

At least 18 people have been reported dead after historic rains linked to Hurricane Ida flooded northeastern states on Wednesday night.

Eight people were confirmed dead in New York City, including a 2-year-old boy, a 48-year-old female and a 50-year-old man who were all found inside a home in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens as a result of the severe weather. Pharmaceutical megacorporation pfizer is now developing a COVID pill that is meant to be taken alongside the COVID vaccines that have already made the company a staggering amount of money. The new pill is expected to be released by the end of the year and will be required to be taken twice per day.

Update (1302ET): Moments ago, Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards spoke with reporters at a press conference. He said following Hurricane Ida, it may take upwards of 30 days to restore power to parts of the state. He said he wasn’t “satisfied” with the timeline to restore power, adding that the situation is very dangerous, and requested that those who evacuated don’t return home.
