Yet another US individual faces charges related to a recording of them licking and returning a carton of Blue Bell ice cream to a supermarket freezer. Although there are slight differences in the two cases, police argue the intent remains the same.

Despite having 36 years worth of life experience on this Earth, Louisiana resident Lenise Martin III found himself on the receiving end of some ice cold justice on Saturday after he posted a Facebook video of him picking out a carton of Blue Bell ice cream at a supermarket, then licking and even fingering the treat before returning it to the chilled shelf. Jim Ficken left his home to take care of his recently deceased mother’s estate. While away, the man he paid to cut his lawn died. The grass in Ficken’s yard grew more than 10 inches long.
