Yea obama was maybe kepted up to date on everything at best but I still could guess that obama was more concerned about boinkin` his boyfreind or lining up his next score with eric holder.
Well, it probably is irrelevant. You can give the same order to assist or not assist from anywhere. Including from the WH shitter.
In a situation like Benghazi the only person that can give the order to stand down is the commander in chief who just so happens to be Obama. From the videos of the hearings we know from different people that the order to stand down was given.
