Before It’s News – by Mort Amsel

A survey conducted by Public Policy Polling, labeled by many as a pro-Obama outfit, seems to be aimed at ascribing belief in “crazy conspiracy theories” to Republicans by mixing in real cover-ups and conspiracies with outlandish ideas.

However, despite the constant media drumbeat about the clear move towards centralization of power being a baseless conspiracy theory, the poll reveals that 28 per cent of Americans believe that “a secretive power elite with a globalist agenda is conspiring to eventually rule the world through an authoritarian world government, or New World Order.”   Continue reading “Poll: Almost One Third Of Americans Believe In New World Order”

The Environmental Protection Agency yesterday reported finding elevated levels of iodine-131, a product of nuclear fission, in rainwater in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. The levels exceed the maximum contaminant level (MCL) permitted in drinking water, but EPA continues to assure the public there is no need for alarm:

“It is important to note that the corresponding MCL for iodine-131 was calculated based on long-term chronic exposures over the course of a lifetime – 70 years. The levels seen in rainwater are expected to be relatively short in duration,” the agency states in a FAQ that accompanied yesterday’s brief news release.   Continue reading “EPA: Expect More Radiation in Rainwater”

The U.N. General Assembly has approved a wide-ranging gun control treaty, supported by Barack Obama, that is so radical that even the Democrat controlled Senate voted the treaty down. Some experts fear provisions in the final agreement would lead to unconstitutional national gun registry.

The treaty, the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), requires signatory countries to regulate and control the export of weapons and weapons systems such as missiles, helicopters and tanks. It even restricts sales of spare parts and ammunition.   Continue reading “U.N. Gun Ban Passes With Obama’s Support. Is a National Gun Registry coming?”

For the better part of 4 decades, socialists, UNION socialists, have been in charge of the nation’s government school children.

Those are YOUR children.

For at least 20 years, there has been a concerted effort to DUMB DOWN those government indoctrinated little mental sponges.   Continue reading “Today’s Students are Tomorrow’s Jaywalkers”

BRICS Regimes Forge New World Bank, Call for Global CurrencyThe New American – by Alex Newman

The governments and dictatorships ruling over the so-called BRICS countries — Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa — agreed to set up a new world bank that analysts say could further marginalize the increasingly unstable U.S. dollar, possibly helping to eventually dethrone it as the global reserve currency. Meeting in Durban, South Africa, last week at their fifth annual summit, the socialist and communist-minded BRICS regimes also announced their support for creating a new world currency and full-fledged global governance.    Continue reading “BRICS Regimes Forge New World Bank, Call for Global Currency”

Obama Executive Orders Nationalizing Energy, Food, Water, Everything ElseThe New American – by William F. Jasper

In his State Of The Union Address on February 12, President Obama cited a number of new initiatives on which he intended the federal government to take action. The area that understandably caused the biggest furor was the president’s reference to his proposals for increased federal restrictions on private firearm ownership, which he had outlined the previous month in a national address capitalizing on the December 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre.   Continue reading “Obama Executive Orders Nationalizing Energy, Food, Water, Everything Else”

I have had a lot of questions come in about the concept of the ‘Thermal Poncho’. I’m going to post about it here and I have also moved up my post on ‘Countering Aerial Thermal Surveillance’ from when it was originally posted back in October. That POST contains a lot of the detail on FLIR/ Thermal Imaging capabilities, along with a video of an Apache engagement. I recommend that you read these two posts in tandem and watch the video.   Continue reading “The ‘Thermal Poncho’”

It looks like they are trying to suggest that is was an coincidence or an attempted copycat:

The deputy district attorney made a 911 emergency call and reported that a man was at her door “behaving very erratically,” police said.   Continue reading “Another attempted DA killing? Intruder gunned down in Colorado prosecutor’s home”

Many citizens of Connecticut have been laying in arms, ammunition and magazines since right after the Sandy Hook shooting, already predicting the gutless, emotional lemming-like responses of their legislators. They’re now snatching up what is left on store shelves before these cowards violate their oaths of office and pass laws that are a direct assault on the Constitution:   Continue reading “The gun rush is on in Connecticut”

North Koreans attend a rally held to gather their willingness for a victory in a possible war against the United States and South Korea in Nampo, North Korea. (REUTERS/KCNA)The Daily Star

SEOUL: The North Korean army said Thursday it had final approval to launch “merciless” military strikes on the United States, involving the possible use of “cutting-edge” nuclear weapons.

In a statement published by the official KCNA news agency, the General Staff of the Korean People’s Army (KPA) said it was formally informing Washington that reckless US threats would be “smashed by… cutting-edge smaller, lighter and diversified nuclear strike means”.   Continue reading “N. Imagine how Rain falls from the Sky. It takes a very small particle of dust or metal or whatever in the upper atmosphere to start things off. This particle acts like a magnet for water molecules and they begin to attach to the particle. And water molecules love each other – they will take every opportunity to congregate and so when one attaches to the floating particle of dust or a metal, they rest will gather ‘round and want to have a party.   Continue reading “So this is how water theft works”

***This is an in-depth piece, that was a collaborative effort between myself, Ted Cronie, and others. It is meant to bring awareness to the youth in the community (any community), to be on the look- out for sneaky cops, and to know their rights.***

Through the grapevine circuit in the small, west coast town of Powell River, it was brought to my attention that the local RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) were out trying to recruit youth informants, to crack down on the “graffiti problem” sweeping through like the plague, apparently.  Continue reading “You are Under Arrest! Michael Bane has canceled his show in Colorado due to the new Colorado gun law Hickenlooper signed (h/t Bob Owens), Magpul is leaving (although I still want to see plans and a schedule), and now, IDPA has canceled their planned competition in Colorado.

Organizers of a Colorado shooting competition have cancelled the event because of the state’s recently passed gun-control laws.   Continue reading “IDPA Cancels Colorado Competition”

Rifle Shooter has a piece up comparing and contrasting pistol caliber carbines.

James Tarr compares the Colt AR6951, Rock River Arms LAR-9, Lone Wolf Distributors G-9 and JR Carbine.  He finds pros and cons with each, but to me Colt is dead until they move to a free state.  The JR Carbine had forend components come loose under recoil.  Of course, this is fatal in my opinion.   Continue reading “Pistol Caliber Carbines”

Alt-Market – by Brandon Smith

Whenever discussion over North Korea arises in Western circles, it always seems to be accompanied by a strange mixture of sensationalism and indifference. The mainstream media consistently presents the communist nation as an immediate threat to U.S. national security, conjuring an endless number of hypothetical scenarios as to how they could join forces with Al-Qaeda and attack with a terroristic strategy. At the same time, the chest puffing of the late Kim Jong-iL and the standard fare of hyper-militant rhetoric on the part of the North Korean government in general seem to have lulled the American public into a trance of non-concern.   Continue reading “Will Globalists Use North Korea To Trigger Catastrophe?”
