The sun is set to “flip upside down” within weeks as its magnetic field reverses polarity in an event that will send ripple effects throughout the solar system.

Although it may sound like a catastrophic occurrence, there’s no need to run for cover. The sun switches its polarity, flipping its magnetic north and south, once every eleven years through an internal mechanism about which little is understood.   Continue reading “Sun will ‘flip upside down’ within weeks, says Nasa”

attackDespite the most vicious efforts of the lame stream media to attack multivitamins and make nutrition look bad, the public isn’t buying it!

Yep, most people realize that nutrition really works to prevent disease, and that the attack piece was almost entirely funded by Big Pharma interests and quack scientist shills who also believe that even vitamin C can’t cure scurvy.   Continue reading “Public isn’t buying lamestream media’s contrived attack on multivitamins”

It’s shaping up to be another multi-billion dollar year for Facebook, but don’t expect the social networking site to pay it forward: according to a new analysis, the website will pay no taxes this year and will instead likely receive a federal refund.

That’s according to Sen. Tom Coburn (R-Oklahoma), who on Tuesday this week released the 2013 edition of his annual “Wastebook” report detailing instances of what he considers unnecessary government spending.   Continue reading “Facebook won’t pay taxes again, will get refund instead”

A natural gas well is drilled near Canton, in Bradford County, Pennsylvania.(Reuters / Les Stone)RT News

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Thursday that a 2012 fracking law allowing gas companies to drill anywhere in the state without regard to local zoning laws is unconstitutional.

The court’s decision called the state’s Marcellus Shale drilling law, Act 13, unconstitutional given restrictions it placed on municipalities’ rights. The ruling also sent back to Commonwealth Court – one of Pennsylvania’s appellate courts – challenges by local townships and individuals to the law’s provisions that barred doctors from passing along to patients the health risks associated with shale drilling, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.   Continue reading “Fracking opponents in Pennsylvania dealt rare victory by state court”

Let’s face it:  There is something very, very wrong with kids today. It seems as though there are hordes of young psychopaths running around, wreaking havoc on others.

Two recent examples, and the reasons that I refer to these young people as psychopaths, are the “Knockout Game” in which a mob of youths target a random victim and punch him or her in the face, hoping to knock them unconscious with one blow, and the boy in Texas who got away with the murder of 4 innocent people because he was too wealthy to be punished like a normal person would have been.   Continue reading “What’s Wrong with America’s Kids? Unlocked FBI reportMother Jones – by Nick Baumann

In a lapse that national security experts call baffling, a high-ranking FBI agent filed a sensitive internal manual detailing the bureau’s secret interrogation procedures with the Library of Congress, where anyone with a library card can read it.

For years, the American Civil Liberties Union fought a legal battle to force the FBI to release a range of documents concerning FBI guidelines, including this one, which covers the practices agents are supposed to employ when questioning suspects. Through all this, unbeknownst to the ACLU and the FBI, the manual sat in a government archive open to the public. When the FBI finally relented and provided the ACLU a version of the interrogation guidebook last year, it was heavily redacted; entire pages were blacked out. But the version available at the Library of Congress, which a Mother Jones reporter reviewed last week, contains no redactions.   Continue reading “You’ll Never Guess Where This FBI Agent Left a Secret Interrogation Manual”

Organizations looking to hire new staff should rethink their clandestine use of social networking websites, such as Facebook, to screen new recruits. William Stoughton of North Carolina State University, lead author of a study published in Springer’s Journal of Business and Psychology, found that this practice could be seen as a breach of privacy and create a negative impression of the company for potential employees. This spying could even lead to law suits.   Continue reading “Social network spying could lead to low returns”

The government is not content with  interfering in our children’s education. It is not content with dictating to us with what they are and are not allowed to eat and drink. They are not even content with allowing us to chose appropriate medical care for our kids.

A plethora of government agencies have decided to open up their websites to kids in a blatant attempt at brainwashing them.   Continue reading “Government Agencies Add Children’s Pages To their Websites”
