As a former reporter for the Establishment media (Associated Press) I am particularly sensitive to indications that the media are using their power to subtly change minds and overcome traditional objections to forms of moral depravity. This usually begins with subtle changes and cues that emanate from executive editors at high levels of the corporate media.

The bodies were dead for days before the flight and smelling of rot according to top military commander at the scene, which would be expected if they were actually from flight 370. HRABOVE, Ukraine (AP) — Ukraine accused Russia on Saturday of helping separatist rebels destroy evidence at the crash site of a Malaysia Airlines plane shot down in rebel-held territory — a charge the rebels denied.

A Queens doctor accused of overprescribing painkillers to two patients who later suffered fatal overdoses was convicted on Friday of two counts of second-degree manslaughter and dozens of lesser charges.

The guilty verdict against Dr. Stan Xuhui Li came after a four-month trial in State Supreme Court in Manhattan and nearly six days of jury deliberations. Prosecutors had portrayed Dr. Li as reckless in his prescribing of drugs to patients who showed clear signs of addiction. They commonly assert that the Supreme Court has the power to ultimately interpret the Constitution through judicial review and therefore sovereignly determine the limits of the power delegated to the federal government. They sometimes assert that federal law itself is superior to the Constitution. In reality, the Supreme Court does not have the authority to limit or expand the power of government. Neither does Congress have the authority to pass a law that is contrary to the Constitution itself. To allow such action means that the Constitution has NO MEANING and the government has NO LIMIT. A Florida dad who told police he walked in on a man sexually abusing his child, left the suspect motionless and bleeding Friday morning on the living room floor, police said.

The Daytona Beach News-Journal reported that the suspect was found at the Daytona Beach home at about 1 a.m. Friday. A top pro-Russia rebel commander in eastern Ukraine has given a bizarre version of events surrounding the Malaysian jetliner crash — suggesting many of the victims may have died days before the plane took off.
