An Oklahoma County judge ruled Friday that a Ten Commandments monument on the state Capitol grounds is constitutional.

Attorneys for the group that sued to have the monument removed said they will appeal that decision.

District Judge Thomas Prince ruled the monument’s placement is constitutional and that it can remain in place during the appeals process. Prince on Friday granted the Oklahoma Capitol Preservation Commission’s request for summary judgment, halting the lawsuit from advancing to trial. A provocative ad campaign featuring anti-Islamic messages is to run on one hundred New York City buses and two subway stations beginning next week. Costing $100,000, it equates Hamas with Islamic State militants for ‘education purposes.’

The campaign is based on a provocative premise: “Hamas is ISIS”, “Hamas is CAIR in America,” “Islamic Jew Hatred: It’s in the Quran.”    Continue reading “Hamas = ISIS? Anti-Islamic ad campaign to run on NYC buses”

New intelligence has emerged warning Washington that its upcoming confrontation with the Islamic State may leave it blind to a more sinister and direct threat from a much lesser known terrorist group that has arisen from the ashes of the Syrian war.

Very little information is being released at the moment by anyone within American intelligence circles, but the group calling itself Khorasan is said by officials to have concrete plans for striking targets in the United States and Europe as a chosen modus operandi – more so than the Islamic State (IS), formerly known as ISIS.   Continue reading “US admits there is a much scarier terrorist group than ISIS”

KUCUK KENDIRCILER, Turkey (AP) — The number of refugees seeking shelter in Turkey from the Islamic State group’s advance across northern Syria has hit 100,000 in less than a week, an official said Sunday.

The head of Turkey’s disaster management agency, Fuat Oktay, said the figure relates to Syrians escaping the area near the Syrian border town of Kobani, where fighting has raged between IS and Kurdish fighters since Thursday.   Continue reading “Syria refugee flood to Turkey hits 100,000”

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Secret Service tightened security outside the White House after an embarrassing breach in which a man with a knife scaled a fence, ran across the lawn and made it all the way inside before agents stopped him.

Increased surveillance and more officer patrols are among the measures that Secret Service Director Julia Pierson ordered. She also began an investigation into what went wrong Friday evening while the first family was away from the White House.   Continue reading “Security breach prompts more White House security”

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — Ending months of vote-related tension, Afghanistan’s election commission named a new president on Sunday only hours after the two leading candidates signed a power-sharing deal that names one of them as the country’s new chief executive.

The commission named Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai as the winner and next president and noted that Abdullah Abdullah will be the next chief executive. But it pointedly did not release final vote totals amid suggestions that doing so could inflame tensions.   Continue reading “New Afghan president, but vote totals kept secret”

Activist Post – by Eric Blair

There are very few news stories about government overreach that shock me these days, but this week there were two — both in California. Each came and went with barely a whisper in the media, even from the “liberty” news.

Perhaps we’re so bombarded with mafia tactics by the government that some events just get lost in the chaos. And no, one of these developments is NOT the Los Angeles School District acquiring tanks and grenade launchers, although that’s probably of equal significance. Below is the first of these local stories. The second will be in a follow-up article.   Continue reading “Blackwater-like contractor seeks to legalize private police in the U.S.”

Agency seeks partners for a multi-year project to develop a protocol the FAA can implement for the safe commercial use of drones in the U.S.

NASA has launched an initiative aimed at developing a traffic management program for the commercial use of drones, much like standard air traffic control manages airspace for commercial aviation.   Continue reading “NASA aims for air traffic control system for commercial drones”

On the very same day that vaccine maker GlaxoSmithKline is being fined $490 million by Chinese authorities for running an illegal bribery scheme across China [3], the media is announcing the “astonishing” launch of human trials for an Ebola vaccine.   Continue reading “It’s all scripted! Ebola outbreak and impossibly rapid vaccine response clearly scripted; U.S. govt. patented Ebola in 2010 and now owns all victims’ blood”

Mike Adams used to question every “medical” thing the government was doing and saying, from their crushing raw milk dairy farmers to a 700% increase in fetal deaths from the H1N1 vaccine, to the CDC coverup of the MMR vaccine causing autism.

But he is pushing CDC and WHO ebola lies for all he is worth and fear mongering at an astounding level.

Winter is coming. Prep your vehicle for emergencies. The Organic Prepper

“Still … in this world only winter is certain.”
― George R.R. Martin, A Dance with Dragons (A Song of Ice and Fire)

If you happen to be a Game of Thrones fan, you know the Stark Family motto: “Winter is coming.”  It’s inevitable and sometimes dangerous. According to all predictions, this winter will be a repeat of last year, or perhaps even worse.  Most of the country can expect extreme cold, an abundance of snow, and a longer-than-normal winter. It may be only September, but that first storm of the year can sneak up on you. Now is the time to double check your preparations and be certain that you are ready for anything, well before the first snowflake falls.   Continue reading “Winter is Coming: Getting Your Vehicle Prepped for Emergencies”

Not that it makes any difference anymore …..but, the evidence continues to roll in. Eventually, there might be acknowledgement and actions.

As with all other outrages, it will finally receive the attention it deserves, “AFTER The Fact” because they don’t want to have to deal with it.

In the near future, they won’t have to worry about “Dealing With Much” ….for the American Patriot will deal with them, finally. Continue reading “The Smoking Gun in the Obama Eligibility Case: Stanley Ann Dunham’s Passport”

The police hadn’t even come for him. When four fully-armed officers of a Swat team burst into Jacob Elliott’s house in Peoria, Illinois in April they were looking for the source of a parody Twitter feed that had upset the town’s mayor by poking fun at him.

It transpired that one of Elliott’s housemates, Jon Daniel, had created the fake Twitter account, @peoriamayor, and so incensed the real-life official, Jim Ardis, with his make-believe account of drug binges and sex orgiesthat the police were dispatched. Elliott was just a bystander in the affair, but that didn’t stop the Swat team searching his bedroom, looking under his pillow and in a closet where they discovered a bag of marijuana and dope-smoking paraphernalia.   Continue reading “Illinois judge rules police entitled to Swat raid over parody Twitter account”

Today, I have received two emails from a family member and a friend of the family of soldiers who have been stationed in Kuwait. Both emails indicate that our troops have been the victim of a terrorist attack and some are dying/or have died. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has approved the design of driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants in California. DHS had previously rejected an earlier design (pictured at left) because it was not sufficiently distinctive from regular driver’s licenses.

According to the Sacramento Bee, DHS sent a letter to Department of Motor Vehicles director Jean Shiomoto on September 17 informing them of their approval.   Continue reading “Homeland Security Approves Design of Driver’s Licenses for California’s Illegal Immigrants”
