Thursday on Fox News Channel’s “Your World With Neil Cavuto,” Pinal Co., AZ Sheriff Paul Babeu said the Obama administration not only “knowingly lied” about releasing criminal illegal immigrants last year but also they will not release the names of those criminals to law enforcement so they can protect the citizens.

New records contradict the Obama administration’s assurances to Congress and the public that the 2,200 people it freed from immigration jails last year to save money had only minor criminal records.

Angst over President Obama’s post-election plans on immigration is growing amid revelations that the Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has issued a procurement request for as many as 34 million work permits and green cards.

When most of us think of a State of Emergency, we think of isolated natural disasters like hurricanes, winter storms or a flood that passes through. In those cases it’s quite obvious when the emergency is over. But what if an emergency is declared for something that hasn’t happened yet? How will we know when it’s over?

Both Pennsylvania and Connecticut governors recently declared a State of Emergency, not because a disaster is taking place at this moment, but because bad things may happen in the future. A Doctors Without Borders physician just returned to New York City after treating patients in Guinea. He brought the deadly virus home with him.

A public tweet from a large government supplier of emergency response products specializing in “high risk events” says that Disaster Assistance Response Teams were told to prepare to be activated in the month of October. The shocking revelation, made on the Goldenstate Fire/EMS Twitter page, suggests that not only did someone know that the Ebola virus would be reaching America, but that they knew exactly when it would happen.

A man armed with a hatchet who attacked a group of rookie cops on a Queens street, critically injuring one, was shot dead by the officers on Thursday afternoon, and a female bystander was hit by an errant round.

Police are investigating the possibility that the attacker killed on a rainswept shopping corridor, identified by police sources as Zale Thompson, 32, had links to terrorism. AUSTIN, Texas (CN) – An Austin policeman shot four times “point blank” into the windshield of a waitress fleeing a late-night attack from drunks on a “crowded and boisterous” street, then arrested her and impounded her car for 10 months, the woman claims in court.
Gwendolyn Daniels sued Officer Robert Krummel and the City of Austin in Federal Court on Monday for excessive force, unlawful arrest and conversion.
Daniels claims she had just finished her late night shift as a server at the Coyote Ugly bar when she tried to leave the barricaded East 6th Street area in her vehicle.

This story is horrifying on so many levels. First off, it’s hard to believe that a 10-year-old would be capable of beating an elderly person to death. But that is just the crime that Tristen Kurilla is accused of. The second shocking aspect of this story is that now his parents don’t want him back. They reportedly would rather have the poor, troubled child behind bars awaiting trial than with them.

Kurilla was charged as an adult after killing a 90-year-old woman who was being cared for by his grandfather in Damascus Township, Pennsylvania. The reason? He asked her a question and she reportedly yelled at him. That is what set this kid off. In an interview with the New Yorker, President Obama said he thinks “the Equal Protection Clause [of the U.S. Constitution] does guarantee same-sex marriage in all 50 states.” He better think again.

It seems that every new law that’s being imposed on us is built on the foundation of the Fourteenth Amendment, the most litigated part of the Constitution. It’s a legal wax nose easily shaped to fit every liberal cause.
