The Obama administration has quietly scrapped plans to enact sweeping new federal quarantine regulations that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention touted four years ago as critical to protecting Americans from dangerous diseases spread by travelers. The regulations, proposed in 2005 during the Bush administration amid fears of avian flu, would have given the federal government additional powers to detain sick airline passengers and those exposed to certain diseases. They also would have expanded requirements for airlines to report ill passengers to the CDC and mandated that airlines collect and maintain contact information for fliers in case they later needed to be traced as part of an investigation into an outbreak. Everything you post on social media can and will be used against you.
That could very well be the premise of Chicago-based startup Geofeedia, a social media intelligence platform. It enables customers to act like law enforcement agencies and corporations to filter, analyze, and geolocate all their social postings on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram — and then to group and post them for the world to see. A health care worker who may have handled a specimen from the Liberian man who died from Ebola in Dallas is on a cruise ship in the Caribbean.
Industry giant Carnival says the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention notified it late Wednesday that a passenger on the Texas-based Carnival Magic was a lab supervisor at the Dallas hospital where Thomas Eric Duncan died from the disease earlier this month. Young people who torture and kill animals are prone to violence against people later in life if it goes unchecked, studies have shown. A new federal category for animal cruelty crimes will help root out those pet abusers before their behavior worsens and give a boost to prosecutions, an animal welfare group says.
For years, the FBI has filed animal abuse under the label “other” along with a variety of lesser crimes, making cruelty hard to find, hard to count and hard to track. The bureau announced this month that it would make animal cruelty a Group A felony with its own category — the same way crimes like homicide, arson and assault are listed. What’s public for me is private for thee. At least that’s what Monroe County, N.Y. believes when it comes to where you drive your car.
Monroe police have been using high-speed cameras to capture license plates in order to log vehicle whereabouts. As of July, the County’s database contained 3.7 million records, with the capability to add thousands more each day. The justification for cops having records of the whereabouts of law-abiding citizens is that the vehicles are driven in public and therefore drivers have no expectation of privacy. It’s an argument that’s at odds with the Supreme Court’s 2012 ruling in U.S. v. Jones. In Jones, a GPS tracking case, the court held that individuals do have an expectation of privacy when it comes to their long-term whereabouts, even when using public roads. DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM/AP) — Dallas County’s top public health epidemiologist confirmed Thursday that she spent time at Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan’s beside and that she is among those potentially exposed to the virus.
Dr. Wendy Chung has remained on the front lines of the government’s response to the outbreak since Duncan’s diagnosis, working alongside federal, state and local health authorities as she undergoes monitoring for any signs of the potentially deadly disease. A doctor claims that he developed a successful drug to combat Ebola with the U.S. Army at Ft. Detrick Maryland but that the research was inexplicably shut down two weeks before the first outbreak of the virus in West Africa.
Richard C. Davis, M.D., a former flight surgeon with the U.S. Navy, told Infowars that he was leading a project to develop a drug called RC-2Beta, which according to Davis works, “at the core of our cells to enhance mitochondrial efficiency and promote gene signaling to stimulate cellular self-repair and pathogen destruction.” Continue reading “Doctor: U.S. Army Rejected Successful Ebola Drug 2 Weeks Before Outbreak”

For all practical purposes, the United States and Britain are Zionist-occupied nations. Because the American and British people are generally ignorant of what Zionism is, the meaning of this statement is not widely understood or appreciated.
The lack of understanding by the public, however, doesn’t change the fact that these once great nations have become Zionist-controlled states. The evidence is clearly seen in the self-destructive foreign policies these nations have pursued for the past 40 years or so.
The Anglo-American “leadership” positions in the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq and their support of the costly Zionist fraud known as the “War on Terror” is further proof that Zionists control these nations – as if any were needed. Post-mortem examinations revealed that most of the 34 victims of the police action on August 16 were shot in the back while a smaller number were shot while facing forward, Johannesburg’s Star newspaper reported citing sources close to the investigation.
If proved correct, the leaked results could contradict police claims that they only opened fire after being fired upon.
Those working to keep the peace in the northwestern town of Marikana, where the Lonmin platinum mine is situated, said they feared that the report could inflame tensions further in the still febrile atmosphere.

President Obama on Thursday authorized the Pentagon to call up reserve and National Guard troops if they are needed to assist in the U.S. response to the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.
Obama signed an executive order that allows the government to call up more forces and for longer periods of time than currently authorized. There is no actual call-up at this point.
The U.S. has committed to send up to 4,000 military personnel to West Africa to provide logistics and humanitarian assistance and help build treatment units to confront the rapidly spreading and deadly virus. Continue reading “Obama authorizes Guard, reserve call-up for Ebola”

The Centers for Disease Control is another federal agency that has slithered to incompetence under the Obama administration. I wonder if they were instructed to lose their “frat boy” culture like the Secret Service. Or, maybe they’ve been turned into a Muslim outreach organization like NASA.
At any rate, their website currently displays this highlight, “The United States is currently experiencing a nationwide outbreak of enterovirus D68 (EV-D68) associated with severe respiratory illness.” The funny thing is that this virus was historically rare in the United States. The epidemic only became apparent as thousands of illegal immigrant children were allowed to cross the border and then were secretly moved to locations around the country, without telling local authorities.
