HealthywealthyGlobal Research – by John Stanton

The ghastly spectacle of presidential debates on issues overly cooked in the media for decades (Israel and sexual preference, for example) will befall Americans within the blink of an eye. Of course they are not debates but well-rehearsed professional theater with the candidates, media questioners and audiences all acting out their assigned roles, on queue. Who has the appetite for it all? It is a hollow, unreal process and a rather sickening charade unless one is on some measure of hallucinogenic drug or drunk. At the proper stage of hallucination or inebriation the show turns into a sort of Looney Tunes cartoon making the time spent on the theater that is the American presidential election process somewhat tolerable.   Continue reading “America’s Sorrowful World: Dumb at Home and Dumber Abroad”

COLORADO SPRINGS — Here’s something new to add to the lexicon of computer commands: CTRL + ALT + UNLOAD.

Sick and tired of an uncooperative PC, Lucas Hinch of Colorado Springs took matters into his own hands. He took a gun too.

Then, in a back alley, he fired eight shots into the machine — “effectively disabling it,” according to a Colorado Springs Police incident report.   Continue reading “Fed up with computer, Colorado man takes it out back and shoots it 8 times”

Doctor OzNatural News – by Mike Adams

In a stunning piece of real journalism that nails the story behind the story, former NBC Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Bob Arnot went on CNN to expose the truth behind the quackpot attacks against Doctor Oz. This is the truth that, almost without exception, every other mainstream media outlet intentionally and shamelessly buried over the last three days.

The video, viewable here on CNN.com, was aired at 11:30 Eastern Time today.   Continue reading “Dr. Bob Arnot nails it on CNN: Attack on Doctor Oz was astroturfed by sleazy “industry henchmen” with ties to biotech”

Kaylen Holmesly, a 7th grade resident of Azle, Texas, testifies before the Texas Railroad Commission and voiced her concern about an increased number of earthquakes around Eagle Mountain Lake on January 21st, 2014.Texas Tribune – by Jim Malewitz

Gas industry activity “most likely” triggered a series of earthquakes that shook two North Texas towns from late 2013 through early 2014, new peer-reviewed research shows.

More than two dozen small earthquakes during that period rattled residents near Reno and Azle, towns atop the gas-rich Barnett Shale, and put pressure on Texas oil and gas regulators to address concerns about man-made temblors. A combination of industry activities likely caused the phenomenon, according to a study published Tuesday in the journal Nature Communications.   Continue reading “Study: Gas Activities “Most Likely” Caused Texas Quakes”

Wolf Kills - Study_de V.jpgFox News, December 4, 2014

Scientists have found that, contrary to what many people think, killing wolves does not always reduce attacks on livestock.

Researchers at Washington State University found that for every wolf killed in Idaho, Montana and Wyoming over the past 25 years, there was a 5 percent increase in the sheep and cattle killed the next year. Livestock kills only started going down after overall wolf numbers were reduced by more than 25 percent.   Continue reading “Study: Killing wolves means more livestock attacks”

Activist Post – by Heather Callaghan

By now readers to this site have seen some outrageous indoctrination assignments springing forth from public schools. Yet wonders never cease when dissecting the exact mechanism of influencing young, impressionable and trusting minds. It cannot be by accident.

Over the weekend, a reader sent us an actual homework assignment from an unspecified elementary grade (below). It’s titled “Medicine” and coerces the young mind to believe that vaccines (and prescription drugs) are the main route to overall health, if not the only route. That without them, there would be a gaping lack of health – a vaccine deficiency?   Continue reading “Parent Offers Epic Response to Vaccine Homework”

Remember the stagflation years? Maybe the current world economic environment is just in an enduring lethargy awaiting the bottom to fall out. Seldom has flat performance lingered as long as it has. Meaningful expansion, under a zero interest rate strategy has failed. Even much lower oil prices have not jump- started the engine of growth. Prospects for an upturn and a return to producing constructive activity still seem to be years away. Or is this a permanent outlook that baffles business executives and frustrates creative entrepreneurs. For the rest of us, waiting and hoping for a viable economy has become wishful thinking at best.   Continue reading “Where is Global Economic Growth?”

WikipediaNatural News – by Mike Adams

It is astonishing that the Wikipedia website smears so many thousands of people with false, defamatory information — celebrities, authors, activists, scientists, journalists and so on — yet almost no one has published the dubious history of its co-founder, Jimmy Wales.

As part of the background investigation into the Wikipedia smear machine, Natural News has uncovered some truly shocking details about Jimmy Wales and his very questionable character. It turns out that before launching Wikipedia and structuring it as an online defamation engine to defame and slander people he didn’t like, Jimmy Wales ran a porn network called Bomis, which sold membership access to pornography.   Continue reading “More disturbing details emerge over Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales and his porn network history”

AutoBlog – by Pete Bigelow

Automakers are supporting provisions in copyright law that could prohibit home mechanics and car enthusiasts from repairing and modifying their own vehicles.

In comments filed with a federal agency that will determine whether tinkering with a car constitutes a copyright violation, OEMs and their main lobbying organization say cars have become too complex and dangerous for consumers and third parties to handle.   Continue reading “Automakers to gearheads: Stop repairing cars”

The Burning Platform

When I graduated from college in 1986 it was easy to get a job. The economy was booming and 82% of college graduates had a job. The other 18% were probably raising kids because their college educated spouse made enough to raise a family. The mantra for my entire life has been – go to college and you’ll get a good paying job. It seems something went wrong on the road to riches. The percentage of college graduates with jobs has been falling for the last 30 years and has been plummeting since 2008. It is now at an all-time low of 74.3%. Shouldn’t these people have obtained jobs since the government tells us the unemployment rate has dramatically dropped from 10% to 5.5% since 2009?   Continue reading “They Said Go To College”

(Juan Leon)  Making the general public aware about tough issues that need addressing is obviously a good thing. But there’s a right way and a wrong way to go about doing it.

Unemployment is almost back to normal, but the economy isn’t.

That isn’t because the unemployment rate is a conspiracy to make things look better than they really are. It’s because even though the unemployment rate tells us the most about the labor market, it doesn’t tell us the full story. All it does is show us how many people who are actively looking for work can’t find it. But that leaves out the “shadow unemployed” who want full-time jobs but have either given up looking for them or can only find part-time ones. That usually doesn’t make that big a difference, but it does now, because, even six years after the crisis has ended, there still isn’t much that’s usual about this economy.   Continue reading “Economists have discovered how bad the economy really is”

Chapple Hill Bank Gun Welcome SignBreitbart – by Bob Milford

Almost four and a half years ago, a small bank in a small town northwest of Houston posted a sign on their front door. Chappell Hill Bank had been robbed five times over the years, every time, according to Bank President Edward Smith “by Yankees”. In 2010, Smith ordered the sign for the door, and things have been “different” since then.

In an exclusive interview Monday with Breitbart Texas, Smith says the bank hasn’t been robbed at gun point since, and if anything, could now be the best promoted banking operation in the Lone Star State.   Continue reading “Texas Banker: ‘Guns Welcome Sign — Best Thing I Ever Did’”

K2 SpiceBreitbart – by Rob Milford

The Army reporting that the mysterious death of Army Specialist Kendrick Sneed on January 13th has been solved. Tests revealed the soldier, who had just recently returned from West Africa, died from smoking a dangerous drug compound and not from Ebola.

The 24 year old Sneed had just returned from deployment to West Africa helping establish treatment centers in the Ebola epidemic and when his body was found in the front yard of his apartment, fearing the worst, Hazmat teams were called in to recover his body and decontaminate a possible infectious situation. Sneed’s belongings were collected in red Hazmat bags.     Continue reading “Fort Hood Soldier Who Returned from West Africa Died from ‘Spice’ not Ebola”

Sen Brian BirdwellBreitbart – by Bob Price

AUSTIN, Texas – Members of the Texas Senate passed a border security measure that significantly raises the level of spending in the state’s effort to secure the Texas border with Mexico. The bill (SB 3) by Senator Brian Birdwell (R-Granbury) passed with massive bipartisan support in a vote of 26-4.

“Now that the Texas Senate has overwhelmingly passed its state budget, funding border security at historic levels ($811 million), it was the appropriate time to pass SB 3,” said Lt. Governor Dan Patrick (R) in response to an inquiry from Breitbart Texas. ”Border security has always been a top priority as indicated in our budget which spends nearly $250 million more in border security than the House budget. As Lt. Governor this issue will continue to be my highest priority.” Continue reading “Texas Senate Passes $811 Million Border Security Measure”
