Publisher’s Note: Please keep in mind that in the broader sense that every war in history is about slavery; about who will own you and your resources.

My friend Joe Jarvis recently published a book I just read called Anarchy in New England. I posted a review at Amazon here. I highly recommend it. –BB

“A government that can at pleasure accuse, shoot, and hang men, as traitors, for the one general offence of refusing to surrender themselves and their property unreservedly to its arbitrary will, can practice any and all special and particular oppressions it pleases. The result — and a natural one — has been that we have had governments, State and national, devoted to nearly every grade and species of crime that governments have ever practised upon their victims; and these crimes have culminated in a war that has cost a million of lives; a war carried on, upon one side, for chattel slavery, and on the other for political slavery; upon neither for liberty, justice, or truth. And these crimes have been committed, and this war waged, by men, and the descendants of men, who, less than a hundred years ago, said that all men were equal, and could owe neither service to individuals, nor allegiance to governments, except with their own consent”   Continue reading “American ISIS: The Government War on the Confederacy by Bill Buppert”

Members of the Apache tribe stood chanting in a circle with drums and posters in the center of New York’s Times Square on Friday, to protest against a bill that will hand over land they hold sacred to a foreign mining corporation.

Times Square was the latest stop for activists from the Apache tribe who are travelling across the United States to battle for Oak Flat and to draw attention to a bill introduced by Arizona representative Raúl M Grijalva to repeal the decision to hand the land over to Resolution Copper.   Continue reading “Apache tribe brings battle for Oak Flat to New York’s Times Square”

A fast-moving brush fire swept over the 15 Freeway in San Bernardino County on Friday, destroying 20 vehicles, damaging 10 others and threatening several mountain communities. Five homes have been damaged.

In a region where brush fires are a way of life, the scene on the main route to Las Vegas was surreal. For more than an hour, cars, trucks and even a boat burned as news helicopters recorded the destruction.   Continue reading “20 cars destroyed in fire on 15 Freeway; fast-moving blaze threatens homes”

OKLAHOMA CITY — Confederate battle flags greeted President Barack Obama as he arrived here for an overnight stay on Wednesday.

Across the street from his hotel in downtown Oklahoma City, as many as 10 people waved the flags as his motorcade arrived. The group stood among a larger group of demonstrators, many of them there to support the president, who is in town ahead of a visit to a federal prison on Thursday as part of his weeklong push on criminal justice issues.   Continue reading “In Oklahoma, protesters greet Obama with Confederate flags”

Update, 6 p.m.: Staten Island Borough President Jimmy Oddo says Staten Island’s bridges are reopening. However, the NYPD tells Patch that police checkpoints are still operating at all the bridges as they continue to search for the suspects, causing major traffic delays.

Police now believe the suspects were carrying paintball guns, not rifles. You can find the NYPD’s most recent statement on the situation in Staten Island at the bottom of this post.

The Last Bastille – by Kyle Reardon

“They tell us, sir, that we are weak – unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be the next weak, or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when a British guard shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs, and hugging the illusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?”

You’d think basic math and the ability to think ahead would be two things that modern day “forward thinking” progressive leftists would be capable of understanding. As Seattle shows us, this is not the case.

As we reported last week, Seattle city commissioner Tim Burgess has proposed a gun and ammo tax within the city limits. Wednesday, July 15th, they took comments from the public on the issue, and it was just the debacle of blathering clucking hens that one would expect. Laughing At Liberals captured the video and highlighted the following testimonies:   Continue reading “Seattle Holds First Comment Session For Gun Tax”

Seattle city council president Tim Burgess has concocted the latest scheme to stem “gun violence”, and it has gun rights supporters upset.

Burgess has put together a plan that involves implementing a city wide tax on firearms and ammunition purchases. A gun purchase would get a $25 tax added to the cost, and ammo would be charged an additional 5 cents per round.   Continue reading “Seattle To Explore Gun & Ammo Tax”

More publicly funded welfare is headed to illegal aliens, this time by way of “free” college tuition, paid for by the working residents of Oregon.

Oregon Senator Michael Dembrow is the chief sponsor of SB 932, which would open up state funded scholarships to “undocumented students”. The program that disperses the state aid is the Oregon Opportunity Grant, and it currently provides $55 Million in funds for approximately 35,000 students.   Continue reading “Oregon Democrats Want Public Scholarships For Illegal Aliens”

Republicans and conservatives are the enemy. They are expendable. They will be targets in the Revolution when it comes” writes Roland Windsor Vincent, in a recent post on his blog, Army Of The Revolution.

The entry, entitled “Protect Animals And The Environment. Shoot Republicans“, centers around animal rights and how “active Republican and conservatives voters are enabling the Animal Holocaust” and “If we were to start shooting Republicans, we would likely not harm a single friend of animals or the environment.”   Continue reading ““SHOOT REPUBLICANS” Says Former Carter Staffer”

Gun-banning billionaire Michael Bloomberg has launched a “gun news” site called The Trace. By way of introduction, The Trace’s editors admitted, “We do bring a point of view to the issue of gun violence: We believe there is too much of it.”

As admissions go, this one doesn’t admit much guilt. But The Trace editors show their true colors before they can exit the paragraph, backhanding the ban on funding for CDC’s positioning of gun violence as a “public health issue”; complaining that anti-gun politicians and journalists (like those at The Trace) can’t get at gun trace data in order to manipulate it; misrepresenting the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act; and expressing apoplexy that doctors are prevented from prying into the lives of gun owners.   Continue reading “No Trace Of Truth | Michael Bloomberg Launches An Anti-Gun News Service”

For some Muslims, it can be hard to buy a house, and Mayor Ed Murray plans to do something about it.

On Monday, Murray’s housing committee released its recommendations for ways the city can increase housing in the city. Most ideas were what you’d expect, including increasing the city’s housing levy and implementing new rules and regulations to foster development of market-rate and lower-income housing.   Continue reading “Seattle mayor offers plan to help followers of Sharia law buy houses”

A Sardis, Alabama woman, Michelle Russel, was attacked by a rabid bobcat in her front yard on 13 July, 2015.  Her friend, Register, had a .22 rifle in the house, but the cartridges were in a tool shop.  From greenvilleadvocate.com:

The cult of “science” has a fetish for trying to amalgamate humanity with machine. And its latest endeavor in this pursuit has taken the form of an emerging brain implant technology that would render humans part flesh, part computer.

Researchers from the University of California, Berkeley (UCB), have come up with a concept they’ve dubbed “neural dust” that they say can be implanted into people’s brains for data collection purposes. And the technology is reportedly so small that humans wouldn’t even know it was inside their heads.   Continue reading “New brain implants are so microscopic, you won’t even know that you’ve been implanted”

As Jan10 pointed out, I’m looking at these photos of the suspect’s car in the parking lot of the Navy support center in Chattanooga and I notice there doesn’t appear to be any damage done to the front end of the vehicle. The bumper is fine. The airbags didn’t go off. And even the headlights got through the crash without a scratch that I can see.   Continue reading “Chattanooga Shooting: How Did Suspect’s Car Ram Through Gate Without Any Damage?”
