MOSCOW — Two suspects have been detained in the killing of the opposition leader Boris Y. Nemtsov, the head of Russia’s internal law enforcement agency announced on Saturday.

A Madison police officer shot and killed a black teenager Friday night after the youth allegedly assaulted the officer, according to media reports.

The 19-year-old was shot shortly before 6:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of Williamson St., the Wisconsin State Journal reported. SPOKANE, Wash.– Police with the Department of Homeland Security allowed armed activist on federal land Friday morning despite a recent order expanding weapons restrictions to federal grounds including the Thomas S. Foley.

The order and protest happened within the last week when an armed Iraq war veteran was arrested outside of the Thomas S. Foley Courthouse in Downtown Spokane. A woman who fled with her son while fighting to prevent his circumcision will face imprisonment if she doesn’t return and allow the surgery to proceed, a judge ruled Friday.

CIA Director John Brennan has announced one of the most significant overhauls of the U.S. spy agency in its history. The move is expected to bring about dramatic changes in the organization’s management structure.
