A federal judge has ordered the federal government to grant U.S. civil rights to illegals who are caught at the border, and to release all migrants except for those who may endanger Americans.
The migrants “may have legitimate claims to asylum … [and] their presence here may become permanent … [so] that they are entitled to the protection of the Due Process Clause, especially when it comes to deprivations of liberty,” said the judge, who was nominated by President Barack Obama. The third U.S. government official in recent years has been arrested for sexual crimes against children.
This time it’s a guy with the State Department. Daniel Rosen, who oversaw hundreds of millions of dollars in counterterrorism program funding, is all over the news today, charged with one count of ‘use of a communications device to solicit a juvenile’. A Bergen County man pleaded guilty Monday to conspiracy and theft charges for leading a criminal scheme in which he and three other men stole over $180,000 from the State of New Jersey by filing false claims for unemployment benefits, Acting Attorney General John J. Hoffman said.
Stephen Pirrone, 54, of Paramus, pleaded guilty to second-degree charges of conspiracy and theft by deception after three co-defendants previously pleaded guilty in December. The charges stem from an investigation by the Division of Criminal Justice and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Russell Speigle, 50, was so worried about a sex offender Harold Nyberg, 40, moving into his neighborhood, Speigle set Nyberg’s would-be house on fire.

Washington State liberty activist Anthony Bosworth was arrested Wednesday outside a federal building for openly carrying a firearm, an announcement on Bosworth’s Facebook page reports. Within hours, he had been released with no criminal charges, his wife informed supporters.
Liberty advocate Kit Lange has fleshed out further details of the arrest on the website for The Patrick Henry Society. The “co-organizer of Arms Expo 2015 was arrested this morning outside the federal courthouse in Spokane as he attended a states’ rights rally with his family,” Lange reports. A company has successfully flown a mind controlled drone, a step that its scientists say will lead to passenger carrying airplanes steered only by pilots’ brains.
In a rather stunning demonstration yesterday, Portuguese business Tekever fitted a special cap to a pilot to measure his brain activity, allowing him to steer a drone through a mission in the sky using his thoughts alone.

The U.S. Secret Service says it will fly drones over the Washington area in the near future.
The agency isn’t disclosing exactly where the exercises will take place other than that they’ll involve areas where flights are typically restricted. Illegal immigrants who are able to obtain Social Security Numbers and work permits as a result of President Obama’s executive amnesty could claim tens of thousands of dollars in back tax benefits, a new Congressional Research Service memo obtained first by Breitbart News reveals.
The report comes following the Internal Revenue Service’s confirmation that once illegal immigrants are granted Social Security Numbers — as a result of Obama’s executive actions — they will be able to file back tax returns and obtain up to four years of tax benefits, including the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and the Child Tax Credit (CTC). Ukrainian authorities decision to halt gas supplies to Donetsk amid the ongoing humanitarian catastrophe occurring there “bear the hallmarks of genocide,” blasted Russia’s Vladimir Putin during an awkward press conference with Cyprus’ President Nicos Anastasiades (who he had just agreed bilateral military and trade deals with). “Apparently, some responsible leaders of the modern-day Ukraine are unable to understand the importance of humanitarian issues,” Sputnik News reports Putin concluded. In an attempt to gain leverage and force Ukraine’s hand however, Russia’s Gazprom has indicated it intends to suspend gas deliveries to Ukraine (and thus Europe via pipelines) unless Kiev makes a further prepayment.
