NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A Tennessee lawmaker said Tuesday that his office has received threats for planning to give away the same type of semi-automatic rifle used by a gunman in the massacre of 49 people at an Orlando nightclub.

Before the shootings happened, Republican state Rep. Andy Holt had offered the AR-15 as a door prize at a fundraiser scheduled for later this month. When he was heavily criticized following Sunday’s shootings, he said he would give away a second one as well.   Continue reading “Tennessee lawmaker receives threats for gun giveaway”

Evil, Paul Rosenberg of Freeman’s Perspective writes, can be defined as the “willful abuse of other humans.”

Put into this context, evil is very real. And it’s scary, unpredictable and, unfortunately, very human.

But despite all of the fear surrounding evil, evil is not strong. In fact, it rests on a house of cards. It is incredibly weak. And although it’s always been around, the lion’s share of evil has also always been perpetrated by a laughably small minority.   Continue reading “Zionist Federal Reserve Paralyzed: Bribe Or The Bullet”

The Orlando shooter and his wife exchanged text messages during the Pulse nightclub rampage, a law enforcement official briefed on the investigation told CNN.

Around 4 a.m. on June 12, about two hours after he started the attack and while holed up in a bathroom, Omar Mateen texted his wife, Noor Salman, asking if she’d seen the news, the official said.

In a break from previous votes on the issue, the House on Thursday rejected two GOP proposals to prevent the Obama administration from enlisting young illegal immigrants to serve in the military.

Lawmakers voted down two measures offered by immigration hard-liners Reps. Steve King (R-Iowa) and Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) that would have prohibited the use of federal money to enlist young illegal immigrants who have been granted work permits under President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.   Continue reading “House rejects effort to ban illegal immigrants from military service”

Arlington, TX – It has long been understood that police have quotas for arrests and traffic stops, and that officers are encouraged to make as many stops as possible. However, police departments, and especially police unions have vehemently denied this fact for decades.

Over the years, various departments across the country have been exposed as having quota programs, showing a widespread and systematic policy where officers are encouraged to make as many arrests as possible.   Continue reading “This Department’s Quota Was So Demanding, Cops Had to Fake Citations Just to Keep Up With It”

Responding to the terror attack at Pulse Orlando by pushing more gun control is a not-so-subtle way of treating law-abiding Americans like terrorists.

After all, pushing gun control for well over a hundred million gun owners because of the terrorist actions of one gun owner is nothing short of punishing all for the actions of one. And insult is added to injury by the fact that the alleged Orlando attacker — Omar Mateen — passed all the left’s gun controls to commit his heinous act. So it is not just that he allegedly committed terrorist acts but that he did so by cooperating with every law the left instituted as part of their way of keeping us safe.   Continue reading “We’re All Terrorists Now: How Gun Control Treats Law-Abiding Citizens”

Getting locked up is unlikely to be good for your health but it’s “terrific, terrific” business for the booming private industry supplying doctors and nurses to jails and prisons. Many of those suppliers descended on Austin, Texas, last month to tout their services directly to jail administrators at the 35th annual American Jail Association conference.

As trade fairs go, this one is a little macabre. Companies line up to market everything from jumpsuits and meal trays to masks to stop prisoners from spitting, straitjackets and other full-body restraints. Once the national anthem had been observed and the AJA’s chaplain had led a prayer for jailers across the country, those gathered at Austin’s convention centre could get down to business: making money.   Continue reading “Welcome to Jail Inc: how private companies make money off US prisons”

As usual, the Hussein Soetoro administration, Congress and the lamestream enemedia have made sure to keep the citizens of this nation focused on “fluff ‘n stuff” while more important issues are pushed to the back burner or ignored altogether. Yet, the mass shooting in Orlando, Florida receives almost constant news coverage from the main alphabet news agencies. It doesn’t take long for this tragedy to be twisted into a push for gun control. But, an incident that could potentially be an extinction level event has received little news coverage over the last five years — the multiple reactor meltdowns at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant in Japan.   Continue reading “Fukushima Coverup: Accident was worse than Americans Know”

Vox writer Dylan Matthews said on Twitter Thursday that he believed the president should be able to unilaterally ban all Americans from purchasing guns.

One of the arguments against gun control advocates’ proposal to ban those on federal terror watch lists from buying guns is that there is that it would deprive Americans of their rights without a trial, and that the government doesn’t have to explain why a given person was added to the list. But Matthews argued that was more of a feature than a bug.   Continue reading “Vox Writer: President Should Unilaterally Ban Everyone From Buying Guns”

The federal Commission of Fine Arts has given its preliminary approval for a taller White House fence to better protect the presidential mansion after a rash of fence-hopping incidents.

The commission on Thursday voted to approve an 11-foot-7-inch barrier surrounding the White House facility after a presentation by the U.S. Secret Service and the National Park Service. The new fence would replace the current 7-foot barrier.   Continue reading “Federal Agency Approves New, Higher Fence Surrounding White House”

On Wednesday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced at the United Nations that her office would be working in several American cities to form what she called the Strong Cities Network (SCN), a law enforcement initiative that would encompass the globe.

This amounts to nothing less than the overriding of American laws, up to and including the United States Constitution, in favor of United Nations laws that would henceforth be implemented in the United States itself – without any consultation of Congress at all.   Continue reading “Obama Administration and UN Announce Global Police Force to Fight ‘Extremism’ In U.S.”

National Guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned assault weapons were ambushed by elements of a para-military extremist faction. Military and law enforcement sources estimate that 72 were killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to withdraw.

Speaking after the clash, Massachusetts Governor Thomas Gage declared that the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the radical right-wing tax protest movement. Gage blamed the extremists for recent incidents of vandalism directed against internal revenue offices. The governor, who described the group’s organizers as ‘criminals’, issued an executive order authorizing the summary arrest of any individual who has interfered with the government’s efforts to secure law and order. The military raid on the extremist arsenal followed widespread refusal by the local citizenry to turn over recently outlawed assault weapons.     Continue reading “Seventy-Two Killed Resisting Gun Confiscation In Boston”

Someday soon, that folding knife you’ve carried around in your pocket for years might actually become legal.

Unbeknownst to many New Yorkers, common pocket knives of the type sold in Wal-Mart and in hardware stores are often classified by police as gravity knives, leading to the arrest of their hapless owners.   Continue reading “Common folding knives could soon be legal in NY”

After concluding the flow testing phase, Afek Oil and Gas will now begin analyzing samples drawn from the Ness-2 drilling site, euphemistically dubbed “Deborah’s Well,” in the Israeli-occupied region of Syria known as the Golan Heights.
