An Oregon judge ruled Friday that a transgender person can legally change their sex to “non-binary” rather than male or female in what legal experts believe is a first in the United States.

Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Amy Holmes Hehn legally changed 52-year-old Jamie Shupe‘s sex from “female” to non-binary.   Continue reading “Oregon court allows person to change sex from ‘female’ to ‘non-binary’”

Authorities on Sunday were trying to determine the intentions of an Indiana man with a cache of weapons, ammunition and explosive-making materials in his car and apparent plans to attend the L.A. Pride festival in West Hollywood.

Santa Monica Police Chief Jacqueline Seabrooks said on Twitter that the 20-year-old man told one of her officers after he was arrested that he wanted “to harm Gay Pride event.” But she did not provide any details, and officials said they are still trying to sort out his motives.   Continue reading “Man with weapons and potential explosives ‘wanted to harm’ L.A. gay pride parade, chief says”

Executive orders, undeclared wars, drone hits, assassination of citizens and non-citizens alike, the overthrow of foreign regimes, domestic spying, the abetting of known criminal activities through pardons, economic planning, opening borders, monetary manipulations are just some of the nefarious activities that routinely emanate from the most dangerous political office that the world has ever painfully come to know – the United States Presidency!   Continue reading “Presidential Dictatorship”

Today, as Americans, we grieve the brutal murder — a horrific massacre — of dozens of innocent people. We pray for their families, who are grasping for answers with broken hearts. We stand with the people of Orlando, who have endured a terrible attack on their city. Although it’s still early in the investigation, we know enough to say that this was an act of terror and an act of hate. And as Americans, we are united in grief, in outrage, and in resolve to defend our people.   Continue reading “President Obama on the Tragic Shooting in Orlando”

Uh oh.  This Mossad agent, um, I mean, Islamic terrorist, um, um, I mean, this shadowy fellow, who will have his past woven into a sensitive international black hole, was on a secret government watch list, maybe when the gun purchases were made.  Certainly every American national on a secret government watch list should be barred from any Article 2 right to bear arms, said the spider to the fly.

While in Rogue Valley Regency Hospital for my surgery, I was privileged to get to meet one of my brother Trenchers, CaptainObvious, as his father was in the same hospital.

CaptainObvious’ father passed on last night.  We offer our heartfelt condolences to our brother.

We only spoke briefly at the hospital, but during that short conversation, I was made aware of the love of the son for his father.  When your parents pass on your world changes.

A gunman who federal authorities say had possible ties to terrorism opened fire early Sunday morning at a packed Orlando nightclub, killing 50 people and wounding at least 53 more in a bloody scene that ended hours later when police stormed the building and killed the shooter.

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer asked Gov. Rick Scott to declare a state of emergency following the attack.

The gunman was identified as Omar Mateen, Rep. Alan Grayson said during a Sunday morning press conference. Mateen was a U.S. citizen, Grayson said, though that was “not true of other family members of his.” Mateen, 29, lived in Fort Pierce, Fla. He was born in the U.S. to parents of Afghan origin and was a Muslim, Fox News confirmed.   Continue reading “At least 50 shot dead, 53 wounded in possible act of Islamic terror in Orlando gay nightclub”

The Justice Department is resisting a judge’s order to provide ethics training for its lawyers and is objecting to turning over to the court the names of illegal aliens who were granted what amounts to administrative amnesty (“deferrals”) in stark violation of an injunction issued by the court.

On May 19, Judge Andrew Hanen of the of the Southern District of Texas issued an order imposing sanctions on the Justice Department and its lawyers for unethical conduct, which included repeatedly lying to him in court.   Continue reading “DOJ Wants to Hide the Names of Illegal Aliens Granted Amnesty”

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. — American corporations are under new scrutiny from federal lawmakers after well-publicized episodes in which the companies laid off American workers and gave the jobs to foreigners on temporary visas.

But while corporate executives have been outspoken in defending their labor practices before Congress and the public, the American workers who lost jobs to global outsourcing companies have been largely silent.   Continue reading “Laid-Off Americans, Required to Zip Lips on Way Out, Grow Bolder”

This Awareness* wishes briefly to remind entities that the admiralty court is the court in which the gold braid goes around the American Flag which indicates the court is under martial law, or under admiralty law, from the martial law since Abraham Lincoln’s executive order putting it under martial law, and in order to continue staying under martial law, the country has to have some kind of war every two years. Thus, the war on drugs, the war on poverty, et cetera, and the admiralty laws are used in the courts in such a way that they are not necessarily tied to the Constitution, although the Constitution is said to be the law of the land.   Continue reading “The Admiralty Court Exists Because the U.S. is Under Martial law”
