ANKARA – Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan accused Germany on Monday of assisting terrorists by not responding to thousands of files sent to Berlin or handing over suspects wanted by Turkish authorities.

Authorities in the northern German city of Bremen have prohibited a radical pro-Iranian regime group from conducting a public vote on Saturday on whether Israel is an illegal state.

New York Police Department cops are now boycotting Dunkin’ Donuts. The efforts to not play into the stereotype of doughnut-loving cops is all but impossible in this case, but we’ll make an effort.
The police boycott of Dunkin’ Donuts is apparently in full swing now, as a sergeant was spotted Sunday walking into the 73rd Precinct station house with trays full of what appeared to be generic, corner-market brew. “No D&D in the 7-3,” he proudly announced while earning he tax payer funded salary. The Syrian foreign ministry has, in correspondence to the United Nations, accused the US-led coalition of new atrocities against its civilians. It includes an attack on hospital in Raqqa and the use of “internationally banned white phosphorus munitions” against the Syrian people.
Renewing its calls to “immediately dissolve” the coalition which Damascus considers illegitimate, the ministry wrote two letters; one addressed to the UN Secretary General and the other to the Chairman of the UN Security Council, Syria’s state news agency SANA reported Sunday. Two tree surgeons could very well be out of a job after accidentally felling a tree onto somebody’s house.
Hilarious footage shows the two men hacking and hammering at the tree in a suburban garden.
The professionals continue carefully working the tree until the point of collapse.

President Donald Trump should not impose a tax increase on the wealthiest Americans, media mogul and two-time GOP presidential candidate Steve Forbes told CNBC on Monday.
Axios reported last month that top White House advisor Steve Bannonis pushing for a tax increase “on the wealthiest Americans to pay for steep middle and working-class tax cuts.”
“That kind of populism Ronald Reagan would have choked on,” the Forbes Media chairman and CEO said on “Squawk Box.” “What people want is a vibrant economy. They don’t care if Bill Gates gets richer. They want to know: ‘Is my paycheck going up? Are my prospects improving?'”

CLINTON, Mo. (AP) — Authorities are searching for a 39-year-old suspect in the fatal shooting of a western Missouri police officer during a traffic stop, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Monday.
Clinton police officer Gary Michael, 37, who had been on the force less than a year, died late Sunday near Clinton, about 75 miles (120 kilometers) southeast of Kansas City, Missouri Highway Patrol Sgt. There’s a new kind of “privilege” in town, and if you suffer from it, you can’t help it any more than you can help your skin color or your gender. Officials in College Park are weighing a plan that would make their city the largest in Maryland to give undocumented immigrants a right to vote in local elections, a long-standing practice elsewhere in the state that has drawn new scrutiny amid the simmering national debate over immigration.
The Prince George’s County city, home of the flagship University of Maryland campus and some 30,000 residents, is considering a measure to let noncitizens cast ballots for mayor and City Council — making it the latest target in a movement that has had more success in Maryland than anywhere else in the United States.
