A Guatemalan national who allegedly raped a teenage girl had been deported twice before his latest arrest in Oregon, federal officials said Monday.

Anastacio Eugenio Lopez Fabian, 24, was arrested in Seaside, Ore., on Feb. 14, after investigators determined he had sex several times with a girl younger than 14, reported The Daily Astorian. At-risk patients, discovered via a saliva test, may be able to avoid dementia if they take a low-dose of the painkiller from middle age for the rest of their lives, they add.

A 43-year-old Everett-area man has been arrested in connection with suspicious packages containing “potential destructive devices” that were mailed to multiple U.S. military installations and to CIA headquarters in the Washington, D.C., area, the FBI announced early Tuesday.

FBI agents and Snohomish County sheriff’s deputies took Thanh Cong Phan into custody at his Everett home Monday, the FBI said in a news release. MANSFIELD, Ohio – A Mansfield woman was arrested Saturday afternoon after making lewd comments to an Easter Bunny at a carousel park in Mansfield.

Police report that they were called out to Richland Carrousel Park after receiving a complaint that  Ladonna Hughett, 54, appeared to be intoxicated while having her picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Gardena, CA – Two police officers have been indicted by a federal grand jury after they were caught illegally selling more than 100 firearms that the department deemed unsafe for the public, all while using their badges in an attempt to cover up their crimes.

The firearms sales took place between 2015 and 2017, and several of the buyers were convicted felons.
