BOISE, Idaho (AP and CBS 2 News) — The Idaho Supreme Court says law enforcement officers can’t arrest someone for a misdemeanor unless they have a warrant or actually saw the crime being committed.

The unanimous ruling made Wednesday has advocacy organizations and law enforcement scrambling because it likely means police will have to dramatically change how they respond to some domestic violence calls.  Continue reading “Idaho Supreme Court: Officer didn’t see misdemeanor? Arrest not OK”

For a moment on Thursday, it appeared that the US Navy had produced the ‘smoking gun’ to which Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had alluded during his statement from earlier in the day: CENTCOM footage which the Navy said purported to show Iran’s IRGC ‘caught in the act’ of trying to remove an unexploded  mine from the Kokuka Courageous, one of the two tankers damaged in Thursday’s attacks.  Continue reading “Japanese Tanker Owner Denies Ship Hit By Mine, Says Crew Saw “Flying Objects” Before Attack”

With the Democratic Party continuing its steady march toward socialism, some of its more radical members have become more forthright in stating their intentions to fundamentally transform the U.S. into a completely different nation from what it was founded as.

Just this year alone, self-proclaimed democratic-socialist New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez unveiled her “Green New Deal” initiative, which laughably attempted to cloak a complete socialist overhaul of the nation’s economy.  Continue reading “AOC Had the ‘Green New Deal,’ Is Bernie’s Camp Now Considering a Dem. Remember the 5 “Dancing Israelis” who were arrested by New Jersey police on 9/11/01 after neighbors reported them filming and celebrating as the twin towers were blown to kingdom come?  They worked for an Israeli owned shell “moving company”, a front for their espionage operation. Hundreds of other Israelis were also arrested on and after 9/11 as well.

Public attention about 5G has been focused on the plans of telecom companies to install millions of small cell towers on electric utility poles, on public buildings and schools, on bus stop shelters, in public parks, and anywhere they want in national parks and on federally owned land.

In local urban communities there would be a cell tower approximately every 500 feet along every street.  Continue reading “20,000 Satellites for 5G to be Launched Sending Focused Beams of Intense Microwave Radiation Over Entire Earth”

In the neocon hall of mirrors echoing with the cringe-worthy reverberation of lies, no evidence—or investigation—is required before casting blame on designated enemies. Such is the case today with Iran.

Hours after the unclaimed and as of yet investigated attack on two tankers in the Gulf of Oman, Sec. State Pompeo blamed Iran directly, which is hardly a surprise.  Continue reading “Pompeo Speaks as Alt-Right Media Parrots War Propaganda”
