BRONX (WABC) — Bodega owners are complaining that they’re stuck between a rock and a hard place because of the city’s mask rules.
They are showing surveillance video from one bodega in the Bronx as evidence.

One item really sticks out on the list of charges against Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old from Illinois arrested after two people were shot and killed during protests over the police shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Along with five felony charges that include first-degree reckless homicide and first-degree intentional homicide, Rittenhouse was also charged with a sixth crime: possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18. And that will give rise to an interesting defense by his lawyer — one that is not likely to succeed. Superior, AZ — When a person is charged by police and there is no bystander video evidence, it is that person’s word against the officer’s. In nearly all cases, courts will take the officer’s word over the alleged criminal and as a result, countless innocent people have done time in prison. Police also maintain control over body camera footage and as Aaron Maughan’s case illustrates, if police claim the footage was lost, it is up to you to find it.
In 2017, Maughan admitted to eluding police and was taken into police custody while being 100 percent compliant. The fact that he complied with the officer’s orders however, was no defense against his subsequent torture. Biden stopped that crazy man Bernie Sanders but Biden is clearly not up to the task. Joe can no longer read from a teleprompter for even just a minute without his mind wandering. His campaign days are over. So what’s next for Mr Globalist?

CHICAGO (WLS) — A federal intelligence alert obtained by the ABC7 I-Team has gone out to Chicago-area law enforcement with an ominous warning: nearly three dozen cold-blooded street gangs “have formed a pact to ‘shoot on-sight any cop that has a weapon drawn on any subject in public’.”
The “situational information report” from FBI officials in Chicago dated August 26, 2020, states “members of these gang factions have been actively searching for, and filming, police officers in performance of their official duties. As 5,000 students prepared for move-in day at the University of Arizona this week, the school warned they would be tested periodically for the coronavirus. One test, though, doesn’t involve a nose swab. The university is regularly screening the sewage from each dorm, searching for traces of the virus.
On Thursday, officials said the technique worked — and possibly prevented a sizable outbreak on campus. When a wastewater sample from one dorm came back positive this week, the school quickly tested all 311 people who live and work there and found two asymptomatic students who tested positive. They were quickly quarantined.

Days after George Floyd, a 46-year-old Black man, died after a white Minneapolis police officer pressed his knee onto his neck for at least eight minutes, rioters tore through Minneapolis and St. Paul, causing millions of dollars in damage to more than 1,500 locations. Kevin Mathewson founded his militia, the Kenosha Guard, in June, as massive demonstrations against police brutality grew across the country, bringing with them spurts of violence.

A friend of Jay Bishop who was stood next to Bishop when he was executed in cold blood has spoken out, saying the pair were deliberately “hunted down” by leftists.

Former Trump 2016 campaign guru and White House advisor Steve Bannon made his first court appearance on Thursday afternoon after being arrested for wire fraud and money laundering earlier in the day.
The arraignment was a pro forma session that largely passed uneventfully–with the defendant consenting to various procedural asks posed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Stewart D. Aaron. Bannon declined a public reading of his indictment and eventually pleaded not guilty to the charges against him via video teleconference. Spent the last 36 hours walking around Kenosha in a daze. Large swathes of the city are indistinguishable from a war zone.
The destruction in places is total, the locals dazed, shocked and trying to be brave.
