New York (CNN)Convenience store operator Wawa is testing a new store format as people look for contactless ways to shop during the pandemic.

An NYPD cop was arrested for the second time in less than a week on Monday — for stealing model cars, clothes and hygiene products from a Queens Walgreens just days after he was busted for knifing his former girlfriend, police said.
Russell Ibrahim, 27, is accused of stealing 10 model cars, Guru Nanda Essential Oils, a pair of Foster Grant sunglasses, clothing and two Every Man Jack deodorants from the pharmacy in South Ozone Park, cops said. Big pharmaceutical corporations are raking in billions from American taxpayers through the United States government deals that are funding research for a vaccine to the Chinese coronavirus.

More than 125 companies owned by or linked to China have received hundreds of millions of dollars in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans meant for American small businesses during the Chinese coronavirus crisis, a report alleges.
According to an analysis by the Horizon Advisory consulting firm, published by the New York Times, anywhere from $192 million to $419 million in PPP loans — funded by American taxpayers — has been awarded to more than 125 China-backed companies since March. Figures from the FBI show July 2020 was the seventh consecutive month of record firearm background checks.
FBI data shows there were 3,639,224 checks in July, setting a record for the most background checks ever for the month of July.

That is the primary result of a recent survey of European views on nuclear affairs generally and the atomic bombings of Japan specifically. The survey, carried out in October 2019, involved approximately 7,000 respondents aged 18 and upward, carefully selected to ensure representative samples from Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. George Soros donated more than $100,000 to a PAC that supports St. Louis prosecutor Kim Gardner.
Soros, the prolific liberal donor, cut a check for $116,000 last month to the Missouri Justice and Public Safety PAC, which was created to support Gardner. WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. economy could benefit if the nation were to “lock down really hard” for four to six weeks, a top Federal Reserve official said on Sunday, adding that Congress can well afford large sums for coronavirus relief efforts.

Now, everyone is celebrating the 11,000 dollar Bitcoin and the recent Ether (or Ethereum) price race. But I must spoil the party. I began to read about cryptocurrencies in 2013. One of the main goals of this industry was to make cheap, quick, and comfortable international transfers possible. With a reason, because traditional banks charge high fees for international transfers, at least 10 to 20 USD or Euro per transaction. Initial Bitcoin transaction fees were only a couple of cents.
