MONTGOMERY, Ala. – An Alabama lawmaker has proposed a bill that would require all men in the state to get a vasectomy within one month of their 50th birthday or the birth of their third biological child, depending on “whichever comes first.”

Footage has emerged of US troops getting involved in a heated exchange and a shootout with angry locals in northern Syria, which reportedly saw one man killed. A Russian military convoy then moved to de-escalate the situation.

Reports say the US armored convoy was stopped at a Syrian Army checkpoint in a village near the town of Qamishli on Wednesday. THE 15TH CASE OF A novel coronavirus in the U.S. has been confirmed in Texas.

The patient is among 91 Americans who were evacuated from China to the U.S. last week and placed under federal quarantine at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The patient is the first evacuee from this flight to show symptoms and test positive for the virus, which has sickened more than 60,000 people and killed at least 1,370, mostly in mainland China.

As Democrats in Virginia are advancing Gov. Ralph Northam’s gun, magazine, and suppressor ban, their counterparts in the Maryland legislature are getting ready to crack down once again on the state’s legal gun owners with a gun ban bill of their own.

HB1261 has the backing of the House speaker in Annapolis, which gives it a little extra weight and improves the chances of the bill’s passage.
