After it was confirmed that the Biden regime is working with major corporations to develop a country-wide vaccine passport, and after New York began the rollout of its own vaccine passport system, the FBI is warning people against fake vaccine passports or COVID-19 vaccination cards.

We’ve all seen friends posting their #COVID19 vaccination cards on social media,” wrote the Minneapolis branch of the FBI on social medial. “If you make or buy a fake one to misrepresent your vaccination status, you endanger other people and may also be breaking the law.”

‘I’m not sentencing you on the basis that you are anti-Semitic, I’m not sentencing you on the basis that you are a Holocaust denier,” said Westminster District judge Michael Snow, after doing exactly that.

This was Snow’s confusing message to 56-year-old Alison Chabloz, a political commentator who was dragged to court for stating that the Holocaust is an “eternal cash cow” on a podcast. She will be serving four and a half months in jail.

End of the American Dream – by Michael Snyder

All over America, we are witnessing crazy bidding wars for the limited number of homes that are on the market.  In many areas, the moment a desirable home goes on the market potential buyers start making offers that are tens of thousands of dollars above asking price.  Not even in the days before the housing bubble burst in 2008 did we see anything like this.  As I have discussed in previous articles, in some cases more than 100 offers are coming in for a single home.  It is actually an understatement to call what we are watching a “frenzy”, and there are no signs that it is going to cool down any time soon.  Continue reading “The Wildest Home Buying Binge In U.S. History Has Pushed Home Prices To Hyperinflationary Levels”

Officials in Florida on Sunday warned of a 20 foot wall of wastewater and ‘catastrophic flooding’ after a significant leak at a large pond threatened to burst a system that stores polluted water.

Governor Ron DeSantis took part in an aerial tour of the site and later held a press conference after more than 300 homes were evacuated near the large reservoir in the Tampa Bay area north of Bradenton Saturday. As we reported last week, the mass vaccination campaign in the U.S. with experimental COVID-19 shots is now targeting educators, after first targeting nursing home residents and healthcare workers.

We have already reported about several deaths among professional educators, and sadly, The COVID Blog now brings us another case where a teacher died very shortly after receiving an experimental COVID-19 injection. Qualified immunity is pure judicial cancer. This fact cannot be ignored. What began as a limited defense for decisions made in the heat of the moment has become the de facto response to civil rights lawsuits. The Supreme Court — which conjured this new Section 1983 ejection seat out of thin air — has only made it worse over the past few decades.

Qualified immunity is more bulletproof than the Kevlar vests worn by those who summon its protections most frequently. Efforts have been made to dial this back, but so far, we’ve yet to see them come to fruitionContinue reading “New York City Council Passes Police Reforms That Includes Ending Qualified Immunity For NYPD Officers”

Former Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell has asked a judge to scrap a $1.3 billion defamation suit filed over her claims of election fraud, insisting her assertions were mere political rhetoric protected by the Constitution.

Powell’s attorneys called for dismissal in a Monday court filing, arguing that the case brought by Dominion Voting Systems was filed in the wrong jurisdiction, and that Powell’s claims about the company and its alleged role in rigging the 2020 race were covered under the First Amendment.  Continue reading “Sidney Powell says ‘no reasonable person’ would take her election fraud claims as fact as she seeks to toss $1.3bn Dominion suit”

COVID-19 concerns have led to recommendations and mandates that many believe have been and continue to be unsafe, invasive, extreme, ineffective, and unnecessary.  This includes mandated mask wearing among people of all ages.

Warnings about potentially toxic materials in face masks are not new.  A recall was recently issued in Canada because of that grave possibility. Continue reading “Mask Recall in Canadian Schools and Daycares Due to Lung Damage Potential; Wearers “felt like they were swallowing cat hair””

One year after Americans were ordered to close down society for “two weeks to flatten the curve,” Bloomberg columnist Andreas Kluth warned, “We Must Start Planning for a Permanent Pandemic.”

Because new variants of SARS-COV-2 are impervious to existing vaccines, says Kluth, and pharmaceutical companies will never be able to develop new vaccines fast enough to keep up, we will never be able to get “back to normal.” Continue reading “Why the Push Is on to Make Pandemic Life ‘Permanent’”

Shocking footage has emerged showing the absurd lengths authorities are willing to go to enforce ‘Covid rules’ even after vaccines have been made more widely available, with tens of millions having received the jab.

UK police invaded a church in southwest London during a Good Friday service and shut it down because “too many people” were in attendance. Local reports identified that clergy and congregants at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Balham, at what’s a predominantly Polish neighborhood church, were threatened with a fine equivalent to multiple hundreds of dollars, or possible arrest if they didn’t leave.
