This is a transcript of two out of three tapes on the “New World System.” Tapes one and two were recorded in 1988 and are the recollections of Dr. Lawrence Dunegan regarding a lecture he attended on March 20, 1969 at a meeting of the Pittsburgh Paediatric Society. The lecturer at that gathering of paediatricians (identified in tape three recorded in 1991) was a Dr. Richard Day (who died in 1989). At the time, Dr. Day was Professor of Paediatrics at Mount Sinai Medical School in New York. Previously he had served as Medical Director of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. There’s a Catch-22. There’s also the Taylor Swift song “22.” But what the heck is “Covid-22,” and why the heck is it trending on Twitter?
As you may know, Covid-19 is short for coronavirus disease 2019, a disease caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). It’s got the “19” at the end of it not because there have been 18 other Covids as Ted Nugent may have thought, which I covered previously for Forbes. It’s also not because the virus is now 19 years old and old enough to legally drink in Canada and gamble in Alabama and Nebraska. No, the 19 has been there because the SARS-CoV-2 was first was first detected in December 2019. Continue reading “Why Is Covid-22 Trending On Twitter? Here Are Misconceptions About Coronavirus Variants”

Hollywood elites including Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Rob Reiner, and Barbra Streisand are pouring money into California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D) effort to beat the state’s recall election. The race is shaping up to be a nail-biter that could see voters removing the incumbent governor — who is beloved among showbiz leftists — and replacing him with a Republican.
Other entertainment figures backing Newsom with big checks include Netflix’s co-CEO Reed Hastings, Casey Wasserman, and Byron Allen. Continue reading “Hollywood Elites Steven Spielberg, Barbra Streisand Throw Mega Cash Behind Gavin Newsom Ahead of Recall Election”
Dr. Anthony Fauci said he respects Americans’ freedoms, but the current public health crisis has convinced him “enough is enough” in a conversation with CNN about public and private vaccine mandates.
Following the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine this week, CNN’s Anderson Cooper asked Fauci Monday how much of a difference it would make if public and private employers began mandating vaccinations. Fauci acknowledged the FDA approval would be an incentive for companies and institutions to begin mandating the shot, adding he believes it would be a “good thing.” Continue reading “Fauci on vaccine mandates: ‘I respect people’s freedom, but’ this is a public health crisis”

The U.S. provided an estimated $83 billion worth of training and equipment to Afghan security forces since 2001. This year, alone, the U.S. military aid to Afghan forces was $3 billion.
Putting price tags on American military equipment still in Afghanistan isn’t an easy task. In the fog of war – or withdrawal – Afghanistan has always been a black box with little sunshine. Continue reading “Staggering Costs – U.S. Military Equipment Left Behind In Afghanistan”
