An Ohio judge has ordered a man to get vaccinated against COVID-19 — or face jail time.
Judge Christopher Wagner told Brandon Rutherford, 21, at a sentencing hearing in a Hamilton County court Wednesday that he must get vaccinated within 60 days as a condition of his probation for possession of fentanyl, news station WCPO reported. This is not just scientific madness, it appears to be very intentional and purposeful.
The Moderna and Pfizer vaccine tests were conducted, as customary, with a control group; a group within the trial who were given a placebo and not the test vaccine. However, during the trial -and after the untested vaccines were given emergency use authorization- the vaccine companies conducting the trial decided to break protocol and notify the control group they were not vaccinated. Internal documents suggest the Pfizer, the drug manufacturer responsible for one the world’s leading coronavirus vaccines, does not require coronavirus vaccination of its employees.
Images of a purported “confidential” Pfizer booklet written by Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Payal Betcher indicate the company has defied President Joe Biden’s push to have private companies mandate vaccination and only requires testing of its unvaccinated employees. Thousands of outraged citizens gathered in the streets of Montreal on Saturday to protest the coming implementation of a vaccine passport system that is set to rollout on September first. Chief White House medical adviser Anthony Fauci on Sunday called on vaccine-hesitant individuals to “put aside” their concerns about personal liberty and recognize the “common enemy” of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“You have to get the overwhelming proportion of people vaccinated, but you also have to do mitigation, and that gets to the controversial issue of mask wearing, and the mandating of things. A man was stabbed and a radio reporter was attacked on Saturday when a massive brawl erupted outside Los Angeles City Hall between suspected Antifa activists and protesters decrying vaccine mandates.
At about 2pm, a group of people holding American flags and signs calling for ‘medical freedom’ arrived at City Hall for the rally, the Los Angeles Police Department and local media said. Writing for The New York Times, Moyn made his claim in a piece that features a series of essays advocating for hypothetical amendments to the United States Constitution. A federal judge has revived a Trump-era immigration policy that ordered asylum-seekers to remain in Mexico as they waited for their U.S. court hearings.
President Joe Biden halted the controversial Migrant Protection Protocols border policy, known as “Remain in Mexico,” during his first days in office, making good on a campaign promise. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit published its decision Aug.13. The court ruled that the FCC failed to consider the non-cancer evidence regarding adverse health effects of wireless technology when it decided that its1996 radiofrequency emission guidelines protect the public’s health.
