Fighting BDS Online with Israel’s DigiTell Defenders

Jerusalem Post

At the Jerusalem Post Conference in New York, special recognition was given to Israel’s Strategic Affairs Ministry and the DigiTell network for its pro-Israel online activism.

Established by the ministry last year, the DigiTell network consists of 100 bloggers and activists who have an on-line reach of 15 million people, communicate in five languages, defend Israel online, and combat BDS and antisemitism on a full-time basis.

Strategic Affairs Minister Gilad Erdan presented awards to DigiTell representatives on stage. Aviva Klompas, representing the bloggers, pointed out that while Israel recently celebrated its 71st birthday, 100 generations of Jews dreamed of a sovereign state in the Land of Israel. “Freedom is not free,” she noted. “Since its first day, Israel has had to defend itself from hostile neighbors.”

Explaining the power of DigiTell, Klompas said: “To do something that has impact, a small group of people had an idea to connect a global community of activists to tell Israel’s incredible story and stand against those who would delegitimize the state. We can amplify our voices because we collaborate.”

Added Erdan, “It’s often said that it takes a network to fight a network. I am proud of DigiTell. For the first time, the top influencers in the pro-Israel online community are working together to expose BDS lies, counter incitement, fight antisemitism and share the truth about Israel.”

  1. “To do something that has impact, a small group of people had an idea to connect a global community of activists to tell Israel’s incredible story and stand against those who would delegitimize the state.”

Incredible doesn’t even begin to describe that story. UNcredible would be the whole TRUTH of the matter.

And there’s no need to “… stand against those who would delegitimize the state.”

There was never a SHRED OF LEGITIMACY to begin with.

    F%&K THE STINKING jEWS & THEIR B#TCHES!!!!!

  2. THE MORE THE WORD GETS OUT, THE MORE ISRAEL CRASHES AND BURNS. EVENTUALLY, THE WHOLE WORLD WILL TURN ON THE KIKE.

    1. Interesting story I just came across. Gilad Atzmon on that famous star:

The story of King David and Bathsheba is a disturbing biblical saga (Samuel 2 11:5-27). Bathsheba was the wife of military man Uriah the Hittite, and she was a good looking woman. According to the Biblical narrative, Bathsheba was summoned by King David, after he was walking on the palace roof and saw her bathing naked. Bathsheba was impregnated by the King and according to some scholars, Bathsheba was actually raped by her king. She could have easily joined the #Meetoo movement. In an attempt to conceal his sin, the Hebrew King summoned Uriah from the battlefield. The Hebrew King hoped to send Uriah back to his home so he could have sex with his beautiful wife. Presumably, Uriah could later assume that Bathsheba’s baby was his own son. But Uriah was unwilling to violate the ancient kingdom’s rules for warriors in active service. Rather than go home to his own bed, he preferred to remain with the palace troops.

After repeated efforts to convince Uriah to have sex with Bathsheba, the King gave the order to his general, Joab, to position Uriah on the front lines in the next battle, where Uriah would be more likely to die. Once Uriah was killed on the battlefield, David married Bathsheba. Bathsheba was the mother of Solomon, who succeeded David as king, making her the Queen Mother.

According to the Biblical narrative, God was most unhappy with the acts performed by the King “ After the time of mourning was over, David had her brought to his house, and she became his wife and bore him a son. But the thing David had done displeased the Lord.” (Samuel 2 11:27).

The Story of Bathsheba should locate the Hebrew king on some unsavoury list. David could easily have ended up spending a life sentence sharing a cell with Harvey Weinstein.

As mentioned above, I do not adhere to the historicity of the Bible. I do not have the means to verify whether the star Hebrew King was gay, a sex predator or even a murderer as the Biblical narrative suggests. But the one thing no one can deny is the fact that none of these parts of the legend has stopped Zionists, Israelis and World Jewry from openly identifying with David and his star.

  3. “To be chosen is to see oneself as an exceptional creation. It entails blindness to otherness. It is a form of impunity. To be chosen often involves a near or total lack of empathy. Such lack is often defined in terms of acute narcissism and psychopathy.”
