Finally some corroboration with a no-longer-seen TV documentary about the assassination aired back in the 90s. A hit man is serving a life sentence, and claimed he did the shooting from the knoll. He told the journalist to go look up on the grassy knoll; that is where he left his signature trademark – a bullet casing with his teeth marks on it. After each hit, he bite down on the empty shell and leave in a conspicuous place. Stated he left it sitting on the fence. Journalist went to the knoll, and digging down about an inch into the soil he found the empty casing – with teeth marks on it exactly as the hit man stated. This documentary has not ever been replayed on television to the best of my knowledge.
