The evidence you’ve presented, Dutch, shows the government has known for years of the mineral wealth, but where is the evidence that farmers and ranchers have been mining gold? Have they? I’m not saying that’s not possible, but where’s the evidence of that, Dutch? Geological formation does not equate to individual human activity. That kind of sensationalism and illogic fits the definition of yellow journalism, doesn’t it Dutch? And if it’s done on land that the farmer or rancher purchased fair and square, so what? Way to go to inflame and further confuse a bad situation…
Dutch, most farmers and protestants and mormons couldn’t give a rats ass about gold deposits and the deeds for mining. They are just there to raise livestock. Any gold they buy is from a local souvenier shop.
