BUDA, Texas — A Hays County teacher is out of the classroom and facing criminal charges after allegedly telling his students that classmates threatening to shoot up the high school remained at large, and the gunmen would target bullies first.

According to arrest documents, around 1 p.m. Thursday afternoon a Hays County investigator arrived at Hays High School to find a string of students lined up out the office door waiting on their parents to pick them up early.

Parents pulled 130 students, according to the district, despite the fact that before school opened that day, the student who allegedly threatened to shoot and stab an assistant principal was behind bars in the Hays County Jail.

Authorities arrested 18-year-old James Archer after students made district officials aware on Wednesday of his threats. Still, students said many at Hays High School remained panicked, and the sheriff’s office contends it was Sanchez’s doing.

Documents show the criminal justice teacher allegedly told his classes more potential gunmen were on the loose, and “If y’all have ever bullied somebody else, you’re going to be the first ones to go.” He reportedly went on to say, “If he comes in here and starts shooting, hopefully he’ll be out of bullets by the time he finishes with y’all and sees me.”

Rumors generated by Sanchez that Archer had not been alone in his threats resulted in misdemeanor false alarm charges.

Sanchez allegedly said he knew about ongoing threats because he of his law enforcement background. According to a press release, he is a peace officer commissioned by the Maverick County Sheriff’s Office.

But Hays district officials said they had already emailed staff that Archer was the only suspect, and Sanchez had no involvement in that investigation.

Archer bonded out of jail the same day as his arrest, but he won’t be allowed back at school.

Sanchez remained in the Hays County Jail Monday and is currently on paid administrative leave pending an investigation

  1. So much for the myth of “free speech”, and we also see a good example of the panic that can be caused by Zionist media lies.

Every one of those parents who arrived early to secure their kids form this non-existent threat will probably be shouting for more gun controls whenever they get the chance.

When the Ebola scare is raised to a panic-inducing level they’ll be rounding up their kids whenever someone sneezes.

  2. HS and the DOJ can fear monger us by the use of propaganda in the media but no one else can in the general population eh??
